New College Residences is made up of three traditional student residence halls right beside each other. Being one of seven colleges that make up the University of Toronto, New College’s architecture, with its brave and bold façade marks it as one of the most distinctive buildings on the University of Toronto campus – winner of numerous awards!

All New College Residences offers the following amenities:
• Air-conditioning
• Single or double (2 single beds) study bedrooms
• Bed, desk and closet space
• Linen (bed sheet), blanket, towel, pillow, pillow case
• A 23-hour reception desk (Wilson Hall Residence)
• Security guard patrolling the residences after hours
• Complimentary broadband internet access (you require an Ethernet cable or you can purchase one for $5)
• In-room phone (for complimentary local calls)
• Laundry facilities on each floor
• Iron and ironing board
• Common room with limited kitchen facilities such as a microwave, burners, sink and fridge
• Cable TV room with sofas and armchairs
• Communal washrooms
• Next door to the University of Toronto Athletic Centre with Olympic size pool and fitness facilities - must be over 18 and require membership fee
• A full hot breakfast and other meals can be purchased in our Dining Hall
