St. Lawrence Residences & Suites is an affordable accommodation located in the heart of downtown Toronto. We have air-conditioned private rooms with shared washrooms and kitchen as well as newly renovated Studio Suites.

Welcome to Accommodations at St. Lawresidences!

We offer economical accommodation geared to budget minded travelers. We may not be suitable for mature guests or guests looking for noisy environment. We are more a property for the young at heart. If you are looking for quiet enjoyment, at budget prices, then choose us.

Common Amenities and Services in the building:

Equipped kitchen shared by guests equipped with a cooking range, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, pots & pans dishes and cutlery.

A high-speed internet enabled computer is available in the common area and we also have an on-site coin laundry service. Other services include a fax service, deep freezer, common disposal room, shared bathrooms with private showers, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a vacuum cleaner.

Pets are not permitted.

We work very hard to provide you with a clean environment, please help us control unwanted guests by keeping all areas, clean.

Cosy Studio suites have private washroom & kitchenette with self help complimentary tea and coffee, complimentary towels on request and complimentary drink upon arrival.

Rooms have various configurations however almost all have Colour TV and a microwave oven. Some even have a fridge, Clock radio, personal environmental control, table and chairs.

Suite configurations are varied to cater to the needs of all guests. Amenities in the suites are Colour TV, AC, microwave, fridge, double cook-top, pots, pans and dishes with dining table.
