St. Lawrence Residences & Suites is an affordable accommodation located in the heart of downtown Toronto. We have air-conditioned private rooms with shared washrooms and kitchen as well as newly renovated Studio Suites.

All rooms offer personal environmental control, for heating and cooling (please use one or the other at a time).

Amenities in the suites are color TV, ac, microwave, and fridge, double cook-top, pots, pans and dishes. Cozy ensuite studio suites have private washroom/ shower & kitchenette. We are located at 135 Jarvis St. (Between Richmond & Queen St.), Toronto, Ontario M5C 2H6 and are just 100 ft from Public transport, and 5 minute walk to Queen Subway.

The accommodation is situated at a safe and a clean neighbourhood very close to TTC, just 20 min. from the Pearson's airport and minutes from Greyhound bus service and highways like the DVP/404 and Gardiner/ QEW.
