Liked: Nothing!

Disliked: The hostel was dirty, and there was no hot water!!!! WORST HOSTEL EVER!

Liked: They had a great common room with awesome couches and a good TV with a lot of movies etc.

Disliked: The bed was poor and you could feel the springs. They only had two toilets and there was no hot water. The kitchen was very small too.

Liked: situation

Disliked: disgusting :floor, restroom... sometime there is hot shower... most of time not !!! No keys on the bedrooms.

Liked: Only the location right downtown was good.

Disliked: The staff was rude, the showers were cold, if working at all. The showers running out of water is a regular phenomenon and the staff won't apologize for this kind of inconvinience. the rooms aren't clean. after complaining about the shower situation the owner told me to leave immediately but didn't apologize with a single word. - speaking with the staff: they get paid less than the minimum wages and are willing to quit immediately.

Liked: clean sheets and female dorm room was clean

Disliked: not enough toilets they were dirty. only one shower with hot water and it had an odd carpet step which was always wet . kitchen not big enough. mixed dorm room smelled of deodorant/ etc as cant open windows. not enough lockers or space to eat/sit/ if the hostel was full. No breakfast and for that price the services should have been better if other places of a higher standard no information re toronto apart from trips they organise.

Liked: NOTHING

Disliked: everything. Bad beds, bedbugs, no hot water, filthy everywhere, no room for your food, small filthy kitchen.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff and good atmosphere.

Disliked: The place was infested with bed bugs. You can even see them crawling on your clothes and now i am covered head to toe in bites. I was not the only one others had to leave the hostel it was that bad. Now we have left we have had to wash every item of our clothing twice to get ride of the bed bugs. This place is not worth the money because it costs much more to get rid of the bugs when you leave. The showers were either freezing cold or scolding hot but more chance of a cold shower.

Liked: Manager gave me discount after my booking got screwed up

Disliked: Kitchen closed from 11p to 8a... could use another toilet or two... dirty bathrooms... HORRIBLE VENTILATION IN THE WHOLE PLACE. No windows that can be opened, virtually no air coming out of the vents.

Liked: The location.

Disliked: The dorms are small. There's hardly any room for your backpack. And there are no lockers in the room. An other thing is the shower. The water is or freezing or cooking. After two days of travelling (in the train) that was quit dissapointing.

Liked: Little and quiet Hostel,very very close to downtown and a lot of stuff,nice atmosphere and still good location

Disliked: the owner is not the best guy of the planet,it wasn't with me at least,but the real problem are the shower: the water is cold,seriously cold and they don't fix it in 5 months

Liked: Very good.Breakfast just bagels and butter - but it's okay. The staff is very helpful and the hostel has a lot of atmosphere!!! Realy enjoyed my stay there!

Liked: The hostel is located right in the heart of Toronto and extremely close to the bus terminal. The beds were very comfortable and the linen smelt very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The common area has a great TV and very comfortable couches, excellent atmosphere for meeting new people. The only problem was the cleanliness of the showers everything else was fantastic
