Liked: Location was brilliant, only a 2 min walk away from Dundas Street West (Chinatown)

Disliked: Didn't really dislike anything, just thought they could have done with basic stuff within the bathroom and toilet area (handwash, towel etc)

Disliked: The walls were very thin, could hear everything going in in the other bedrooms and in the aisle. In our room were bedbugs, but ofcoz this can happen anywhere at any hostel or hotel

Liked: Staff were very nice.

Disliked: THEY HAVE BEDBUGS. I really liked the price, location, and the lady working there. She was very helpful. But I have to warn anyone... if this is an issue for you don't stay here. I got a refund and left.

Liked: We liked location of the place. It was easy to get to everything Toronto has to offer without using metro or buses. CN tower only 10 minute walk... And if you're looking for a cheap way to get to Niagara Falls, just catch the GO Train at the Union station ...

Disliked: The place was the dirties place we have ever stayed. When we got the room - sheets were not new and were dirty from previous guests. A lot of hair on the sheets and in the whole room everywhere. Disgusting. We said we wanted new sheets and we changed the sheets ourself. We also ask for a broom and we cleaned the whole room before using the room at all (sweapt the flour as well). The kitchen is there to use, but there are only two pans (in very bad shape) and one large plate and one small plate for 20 rooms. No cups, no anything. If you want to cook proper meal you need to have a lot with you. And one more thing - the walls are very thin so don't expect to have a good night sleep.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: They lost our booking and don't speak English! We were made to walk across Chinatown to another hostel. The room we were given was so cramped we couldn't get our luggage away from the immediate area of the door, and one window was missing glass.

Liked: Very cheap and basic accommodation. Free Wifi and cool rooms in the summer were a bonus.

Disliked: It smelt a bit funny and the kitchen wasn't great for cooking.

Liked: location was great, the price (15$/night) also. fast Wi-Fi! and we had no bedbugs. ;)

Disliked: only one staff member who didn't speak english. our room had no window (but was the cheapest). the kitchen wasn't clean at all, but the rest of the hostel was quite okay.

Disliked: everything. the shower in the private room didn t work. the owner didn t speak any english and was unfriendly. they didn t try to find a solution. the rooms were overbooked.

Liked: Location in a very nice Chinatown with lots of trees. Free WiFi.

Disliked: We had a mouse in our bedroom which was really unpleasant surprise!

Liked: The staff was very co-opeartive. the earlier reviews say it is noisy that's probably due to the wooden walls. and its neat enough if you don't spill yourself overall a nice and economic place to stay. the location is so central that over a period of 7 days of stay i never took a conveyance except that for going to niagara falls and city tour. its better to walk about raher than to go for the city tour

Disliked: As such i didn't find anything to complain for except that i won't get another chance to stay there.

Liked: Clean

Disliked: We did not like that we had got one adress with a pitchure off the room we had reserved and that place was occupied. We were moved to another adress and that room and surrounding=atmosphere was not really good.

Liked: The location

Disliked: Dirty and sticky floors, stained sheets, streaks on the bedroom walls, dirty dishes in the kitchen and grease on cupboards and stove. Very untidy.
