Liked: Muy buena relacion calidad precio. Esta en el corazon de china town, una de las zonas mas curiosas de la ciudad. zona segura y tranquila. Esta muy cerca de la cn tower, 15 minutos andando. no hace falta coger el metro para nada.muy limpio, nevera, aire acondicionado y gran tele en la habitacion. volveria sin dudar.

Disliked: No es un hostel propiamente dicho, es la casa de un chino que alquila habitaciones. la mayoria estan ocupadas por estudiantes chinos. solo hay dos baños para 10 habitaciones (nunca espere mas de 10 minutos). los colchones estan nuevos pero son tipo chino, duros, pero yo dormi bien la verdad. es un poco dificil de encontrar, al llegar al nº 525 de dundas st alucine, es un cuchitril, alli hablamos con una china y nos dijo que esperasemos al dueño, este llego y nos llevo a su casa. el chino no es muy hablador.

Liked: the room was clean there was a big TV screen and quiet

Disliked: That was difficult to find the place at the address we asked someone who called another we waited for him and he took us to another address 2 blocks away that was kind of weird ...

Liked: Central air con was quite good

Disliked: No other travellers only chinese students, bed was so hard it made your bones ache! No kitchen or lounge, very limited english spoken. Our room was next to the only bathroom for all residents so all night long the toilet was being used and you could hear it all. Basically i got no sleep and you had to be very quick to get to use the bathroom!

Liked: Great value. As someone whose stayed at hotels in South-East Asia, I have to say this was pretty authentic.

Disliked: My key didn't work for the front door but the guy at the Vietnamese 24hr restaurant let me in. He said that if the backdoor wasn't unlocked I'd have to "sleep on the street." Some pretty awkward international students seem to be living here.

Disliked: Not really a hostel, more a flat share (mostly for chinese students).

Liked: Location. It is right near Kensington Market which is great for food and drink. The AGO is right down the road. You can walk into downtown very easily. We had two private rooms in different properties. The first was very, very clean, with a TV. The second was large and ensuite.

Disliked: Really disorganised. We arrived late at night (before check-in closed) and they did not know about our reservation, they had no spare rooms ready so we ended up staying on Huron Street in something half-resembling a guesthouse. It was very clean and had a kitchen, a bathroom next to the room also. But it felt like we were staying in someone's house. When we moved back into 525 the kitchen was not good. It was poorly equipped and dark.

Liked: Toilet and room are clean. The bed was new so it's comfortable to stay. Staying place is near the Spadina, so everything is pretty much within reach.

Disliked: The wifi connection is so slow, especially if you live underground of the house. Address of the hostel is different from the one advertised and when someone will drop you off to one of their houses for lodgings.

Liked: Good location where nearby downtown, and price is reasonable. If tourist drive a car should park in bassment and pick it by 7:00AM next morning, thus, it consider a little bit inconvenient for parking. Apart from this, everything is fine!! Good

Liked: Location (near CN Tower and easy to grab a street car, space in the room, internet, possibility to cook your own diner, we were lucky to have a room with its own bathroom

Disliked: A little bit dirty (sheets, bathroom), the owner is not often at the front desk (we had to leave our keys to "someone" sleeping on the couch!), the hotel is difficult to be found even though there is a sign, the parking's owner tried to make us pay more than we agreed with the first guy we met when arriving, and we had to discuss over 30 minutes to leave the parking next to the hotel was very unfriendly and tried to have us pay more than we agreeg to with the one we met when arriving

Liked: nothing i rocked up there there was no one to let me in i waited for ages to be let in eventaully a non staff member let me in and i was asked to pay full amount even though i alredy payed 10already when i booked it then someone come in to my room late at night asking me to pay up now, the bathroom was dirty and NO HOT WATER! the powerpoints were coming out of the wall not very safe the linen consisted of childrens doona, place was located in bad area practicaly no signage very hard to find the place
