Mimosa Room:
A cozy, bright room for 2 people with a queen size bed, alarm-radio clock, closet, nightstands and cable TV. And it's on the second floor middle, overlooking the back yard garden.

Jasmine Room:
A spacious room located on the second floor middle, with a queen size bed, alarm-radio clock, cable TV, DVD player, closet, nightstands, mirror & vanity and an arm chair.

Magnolia Room:
Lovely, bright room is situated on the second floor front overlooking the front yard furnished with a queen size bed, alarm-radio clock, cable TV, mirror & vanity, an arm chair, wardrobe and nightstands.

Trillium Room:
Our largest room is situated on the third floor, suitable for maximum 3 people by placing a futon and is furnished with king size bed which can also be used as twins, a love-seat, an arm chair, wardrobe, mirror & vanity, nightstands, alarm-radio clock, big screen cable TV, DVD player and a portable A/C. It also has the privilege of a sunny private deck with table and chairs.

Cancellation Policy
No charges if cancellation is notified 2 weeks prior to check in time. If notified less then 2 weeks, %40 of the total booking will be charged. If notified less than 3 days prior to check in time, the entire booking will be charged. No shows subject to pay the entire booking. No adjustments after check in.
