Liked: nice atmosphere! - feels like home, when you arrive there! breakfast is just pancakes, but they are really good with enough sirup - staff was friendly and helpful all the time

Liked: Quite a big hostel, as it streches across several building, but you can't really feel that. An organised event every evening (bbq, cheese and wine night, tour to a gallery or others, depending on night) makes it easy to socialise. Excellent location.

Disliked: Early check out time. Very noisy a/c and squeaky beds. Basmenet kitchen does not offer that many facilities; it was small and dirty. It's nice to have breakfast included, but the pancakes were not all that great. Noticed that some people were asked to move rooms as some groups were arriving - not very well organised.

Disliked: Private rooms very small shared bathrooms constantly in use had to wait for ages. Bunk beds in private rooms not on bunks are for kids. If hostel bookers is to appeal to middle agers bathrooms and beds are top of the list.

Liked: This hostel was extremely social which was really nice as I was travelling alone. They organised free BBQ and wine and cheese as well as pancakes every morning. The patio out the back in really nice as well.

Disliked: Sometimes the rooms can be a little noisy but nothing too bad.

Liked: A kitchen filled with everything you need to cook. Pancakes for breakfast (officially at 8.30am but it can be ready sooner, no need to ask the staff they don't know the effective time).

Disliked: Not enough place to park the car and the staff does not really help to find a solution. Toronto is a nightmare for parking. Fortunately the drink retailer in the same street (close to the Hyatt car park) is nice enough to let you park the car for 35-40 $ for 48h with no need to reload a machine with money every 12h as in every park. The beds creak at each move and the street is pretty noisy. The staff said that booking with hostelbookers gives a better discount than an ISIC card but it's not true: 82$/night andno discount with HB.com versus 80$ with ISIC cqrd or any other type of discount (it makes a difference if your stay is long).

Liked: Excellent location! Walking distance everywhere. Good wifi. Cheap rooms with only 4 people in them.

Disliked: The bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Liked: For a one night stay, it had a safe and clean room. Very good showers and staff were willing to help. FREE DINNER on the 1st of July!

Disliked: Being the 1st of July, it was a little noisy with parties on the deck, but not so much you couldnt sleep.. and the free dinner for that night made up for it!

Liked: Great! A perfect place to meet new people from all over the world. Staff very nice and they help you everytime! Perfect hostel!!!

Liked: The location was good, and it the place is ok.

Disliked: They said the tickets for the CN tower were cheaper if bought at the hostel, and later we found out the price was the same, didn't like that lack of honesty.

Liked: Great place, seriously. Nice people, good vibe, lockers, free wifi, free pancakes, kitchen, everything you could wish for.

Disliked: I didn't care anyway, but the TV movie is shut due to a broken projector or something.
