Liked: I am an older man, so I found myself a little 'out of place', but I got an okay sleep for two nights, and free pancakes for breakfast. The staff were friendly too. My only complaint is the lack of locker space. Most backpackers are just that, travellers with totes on their backs, but I had two large suitcases as well, and each one barely fit into a locker. Might want to provide some full-size lockers for the occasional 'not so light' traveller. Cheers.

Liked: It was nice and clean and really close to downtown, certainly usefull when there is no curfew :) And so close we didnt take a single bus to get where we wanted to get...

Liked: I did not like, that I can choose a time to arrive, and it does not effect anything...if you arrive earlier than 1.00 pm you either have to wait with your stuff or pay $ 1 per bag to have it stored (well you can also leave it in the lobby....)

Liked: We did enjoy our stay at Canadiana Backpackers Inn. It is a lovely hostel with friendly staff and in an ideal location in Toronto. We only had a short stay so missed the bbq which would have been fun.The room was nice and big and the wash facilities were very good.

Liked: Everything!! Everything they said about the hostel was true. Great range of activities every night. Large kitchen and storage area. Two large communal areas! Lots of showers and bathrooms - no q'ing! 5 Stars !!
