Disliked: Breakfast is not included. You have to pay $4.00 extra if you're not an HI member.

Disliked: Roomdoors are very noisy: hard to sleep when someone comes in. The heather is also noisy. My mattress was not flat, if you sleep on the side or on the front, you might have backpain in the morning... It's disapointing because the rest of the hostel is nice...

Liked: It's so clean and provides a lot of facilities like, kitchen, fridge and WI-FI.

Disliked: Nothing dislike

Liked: You get free WIFI, they have a well-equiped kitchen and several hang-out areas, including a roof-top patio, it was quite close to the train and bus stations.

Disliked: Internet was $3 per hour (rather standard though), it was a little removed from the entertainment section of town.

Liked: the room,kitchen, everywhere in the hostel was so clean and the location is perfect to take subway and go sightseeing and also near a supermarket. highly recommend.

Disliked: There were always music in a common room which is nice but sometimes it was a bit loudly especially when using Skype.

Liked: Ultra clean, modern with everything a hostel needs.

Disliked: Lacks in character no atmosphere, and some members of staff were not very helpful. We changed hostels after one night.

Liked: they have lots of fun activities and things to do

Disliked: night staff were not helpful, keys hardly worked, mattresses were very thin, no co-ed dorms but had co-ed bathrooms

Liked: Very clean, great location.

Disliked: The Cavern was hot and congested.

Liked: A very well organised group. Everyone always had answers to my questions and they just provide everything you could need.

Disliked: Some other visitors did not take others needs into consideration, but that could happen anywhere. It does get a bit too hot downstairs to be comfortable.

Liked: Helpful staff, fresh towels on demand, nice kitchen, lots of organised activities.

Disliked: Breakfast would have been a cool addition, and the internet was rubbish in the rooms, you had to go to the hallway or lobby for decent reception.

Liked: A typical backpacker hostel, but very clean, professional, they could easily manage a hotel, they are very good, lots of toilets, showers, all clean, all day, good social activities, tours etc, internet is working properly, location is superb, good food in the morning

Disliked: breakfast selection is limited but come on, this is not a hotel eh?

Liked: Very friendly staff always willing to help you out with everything would defiinately stay here again

Disliked: Kitchen not big enough during busy periods,the tv area could become an extension of the kitcen and a tv lounge area positioned in another part of the building

Liked: The location and the friendly staff.

Disliked: The internet is 24 times more expensive than in HI Ottawa. When backpacking it is rather important with internet.

Liked: The hostel was clean, spacious, en-suite and lots of communal rooms to relax in. Great location and friendly staff, The hostel pub crawl was a great way to meet other travelers.
