Stephanie DeeI absolutely loved my stay at this house! There are quite a few different houses that are included in this listing, so there's a chance you won't be staying at the house pictured. They're all nice though. The only thing that I found frustrating was the cleanliness of the kitchen, but that's easily fixed by just cleaning up. I've made lots of new friends here and I'm definitely going to try and come back soon! I definitely recommend this listing. =) |

Customer reviewThe cheep price made it worth to stay there. but for people how´s intending to discovert the city is the place to fareaway from the center. you have to take bus and subway for getting to the center and it needs about one hour; depending when the busses arrives. |

clara gimenez oterThey have several properties in the York Village. Unless you are interested in staying close to York University, don't bother. The owner is just up for the money. The flat had ants and the kitchen was very very dirty as well as the bathroom, but they are renting the rooms for long term too so that might be up to the tenants. Furniture was ok, rooms have diff sizes, matrasses have diff qualities, etc. They are advertised more or less to what they offer |

Customer reviewNot many others around and the parking is in a garage at the back of the house. Close to a bus stop. You must call ahead for a parking spot as there are only 2 spots available. Also, you have to call the number on the door when you get there to have someone let you into the house. |

helen yorkThe room was clean, the property was VERY close to the York University campus, and there are no hotels anywhere nearby... the young woman who gave me my key was very helpful and friendly, and there was a complete kitchen in which to cook meals. However keep in mind that this is like getting an extra room in college housing. Some of the roommates were sloppy and left messes in the kitchen...and there was a garbage collector's strike on in the city of Toronto so EVERYTHING smelled bad. But it was very affordable, and very close to campus. |
