Liked: The room was clean, the property was VERY close to the York University campus, and there are no hotels anywhere nearby... the young woman who gave me my key was very helpful and friendly, and there was a complete kitchen in which to cook meals. However keep in mind that this is like getting an extra room in college housing. Some of the roommates were sloppy and left messes in the kitchen...and there was a garbage collector's strike on in the city of Toronto so EVERYTHING smelled bad. But it was very affordable, and very close to campus.

Liked: The room is small but good and clean enough. It is a good value ($25 per person per night). For future traveler -- Make sure you pay the extra $5 per night for using their garage. Otherwise, you'll for sure get a $30 parking ticket by Toronto PD. The road nearby looks Okay for parking but the police always gives out tickets if you park overnight.
