Liked: Had a complete room to myself without having to pay for a private room.

Disliked: No elevator and had to climb up to the third floor. Internet and coffee weren't free.

Liked: The location was pretty good, in the middle of the Upper Old Quebec. It was a clean place. Many showers and toilettes. Breakfast was typical American.

Disliked: The Price was really not good. It was the most expensive hostel I have been to in Canada.

Liked: The staff where friendly and the tours ran by Eva were fun. Location was PERFECT to see the old town and ice skating!

Disliked: My stay was good however I would have liked to have been told that the breakfast was optional, if I had of known I would not have paid $4 per day for it. Also as it was not peak season I found that all the bathrooms on my level where constantly closed for maintenance, so I had to find showers on lower levels..a bit of a pain, but not the worst thing to happen

Liked: The location is absolutely stellar. It cleanliness is very much appreciated too

Disliked: I stay here often when travelling to or from the east and always when I bring guests to this beautiful city. I can't think of anything I dislike about the property.....it's always effecient and sparkling clean. It'd be nice if they could help even more with the parking situation though. Everything in the city's pretty expensive.

Liked: The location is fantastic..Most of the attractions in Quebec city is just around this hostel..The breakfast is fabulous...The toilet and shower rooms are always clean..Linen are very clean..This place is a great value of maoney

Disliked: Although the bed are single ..but they can be made little bit wider

Liked: Perfect location, right next to the Canadiens hockey stadium. Clean, spacious rooms. Very helpful staff.

Disliked: No laundry and kitchen, laundromat is about a 15 min walk away.

Liked: Huge building, excellently located in the old area of town, staff were friendly and available. Breakfast was included and very good (cereal, bread and jams, coussant, muffin,etc)

Disliked: Not much socialising or life to the place, but if you're looking for a quiet place to crash then it's everything you would want.

Liked: Location, the breakfast was good and decent and the staff at the food area was always good in service and friendliness.

Disliked: The room had no airconditioning so was ultra hot and unventilated at night and had trouble sleeping. The walls and ceiling is very thin. I could hear all the walking and stomping and night and also people walking out of the exit door in front of my dorm room. I had to open my window for ventilation and you can hear everything outside window including people talking in the courtyard.
