Liked: Good location in Old Quebec. However, the hostel was really large and didn't promote the type of atmosphere that allows for people to connect and meet because of the large size and the separation of the lounge, computer room, and kitchen. The staff was pleasant enough, but were not as helpful as I have experienced in other hostels when it comes to activity, nightlife, or food recommendations.

Liked: The free activities are an absolute must for solo travelers! Pub crawls, trips to les chutes Montmorency (and getting lost there :P), free guided tours of the historic Old Town are just some of the activities that they offer here. Beds are a bit hard, and make sure you ask for a towel at the front desk, because they are not supplied in the rooms. Always get a four bed dorm because they come with a free buffet breakfast (standard hostel fare: bagels, croissants, fruit and coffee). Excellent hostel!

Liked: Excellent location in old quebec city....An old hostel for U to feel the 'real quebec city' there! Friendly staff who is always willing to offer you help, good breakfast included....Secure place, good environment.....clean and tidy....The only disadvantage is the absence of bathroom in the 4-bed-share-room, I always need to walk through long asile to the bathroom everytime!!

Liked: It's very nice here. The hostel is a part of the city itself. Staff are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hostel. Just one thing - bring your own lock and key. You can not rent one here and the price is not cheap.

Liked: Great location, lots of activities on offer - even in January! Breakfast is included if you have a a private or 4 bed room but not when you are in a dorm. Not worth $6 if you are in dorm. It is just cereal, toast and apples. SO save your money. Very clean and nice big bathrooms.

Liked: the staff are really friendly and informative.. the kitchen is open all night and is well kept and big.. the bar is good not cheap tho.. the beds are really hard but big.. and the lockers are really small.. also the wifi doesnt work on computers with vista.

Liked: Ok hostel. There were alot of people (school kids) when I was there so alot of noise. VERY close to shopping streets. Location is perfect!!!

Liked: i heard almost people have breakfast ticket for everyday but i didn't have.why was that different ?and somebody stayed same nights but she paied little bit more than me then she had breakfast everyday.please tell me how to book with breakfast and how much is the cost ?

Liked: Its location is excellent. The staff in general are nice. It is clean for a hostel. What I didn't like is that there si no air conditioner and the heat in quebec was so uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep well for like 4 nights.

Liked: Location - easy walking distance to so much of the city. the staff were helpful and they provide activities to meet new people. Breakfast - awesome that's it's complimentary.

Liked: Auberge internationale de Quebec was super clean. The desk staff was extremly helpful through my broken french. We were able to meet many cool people and enjoyed the activities that the Hostel offered. I would DEFFINTATELY recommend this place and i would pick this place to stay if i ever go back to Quebec.
