Our hostel is only a few minutes away from the bus and train station, close to the Marina and Old Port. We are within easy walking distance of the Old Town and the beauty of the Parc des Champs-de-Bataille.
The hostel offers a vibrant friendly atmosphere with French and English speaking staff, happy to help and provide advice on local events and attractions. Made up of dormitories of varying sizes and private rooms; we have the right accommodation to suit your needs. The hostel has a kitchen for use by all those who stay with us. With washing machine and tumble dryer facilities the hostel has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Enjoy the roof terrace to have your evening meal or simply relax on a sunny afternoon.

Situated above a Cafe, which guests are welcome to use; they provide breakfasts for $6 or $9 with croissant, eggs and bacon, toast and jam, refreshing juice and real coffee. The cafe serves freshly made sandwiches and salads perfect to eat in or take away for a picnic as you enjoy your time in Quebec City.The Cafe also comprises of a bar so take a beer and enjoy a the traditional Quebecois drink of Caribou.

La Belle Planete is a fun and friendly hostel; with a total of 45 beds across 10 spacious bedrooms comprised of 6 or 8 bed dormitories and private rooms. We can cater for larger groups of 6 or 8 people together. Private rooms are available for individuals, double/twin or groups of three or four.
Bed sheets, pillows and covers are provided along with blankets and duvets; when required. Many rooms have air conditioning or fans for your comfort. Security lockers are available in the dormitories(please bring your own lock). There are four shower units with hot water 24hours a day.
With two computers available free to use and with internet access, you can keep in touch with friends and family while enjoying your stay.There is no curfew at the hostel so you can return when you want; the door is secured with a code.
We have a communal kitchen for use throughout the day. There is a covered terrace on the first floor and an open roof top terrace which catches the sun morning to evening. There is also a seating area inside that guests can relax in before a night out or after a long day of sight seeing.

Placed between Rue Saint Joseph and Rue Saint Francois, just at the croner of Rue Saint Joseph, you can enter through Cafe Central (390 Rue du Pont); or when it is shut the wooden door just next door.
Located in the Saint-Roch area of Quebec City; our hostel is just a few minutes walk from the main bus and train station in Quebec City. The hostel is perfectly located for accessing all the main sites of the city. A short 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town, where you can see the beautiful architecture of this UNESCO world heritage site. Just the other side of the Old Town you can experience the Citadelle; North America's largest British built fortress. During the summer you can enjoy the Changing of the Guards every moning at 10am and the Beating of the Retreat at 6pm. The Parliament building is located just outside of the Old City Walls; providing free tours daily in French and English.
If you fancy getting out into nature, Montmorrency Falls are a short bus ride away. Highr than Niagra Falls, you can enjoy them on foot or take a gondola across the water. The Baie de Beauport is a short drive, ideal for a day or afternoon trip out of the city. If you fancy going a bit further a field there are whale watching tours in Tadoussac; you can rent a car and drive or take a bus from the city for this extraodinary experience approximately 3 hours away.
To experience the vibrant day and nightlife of Quebec City its easy and walkable. In under 20 minutes your on the Grand Allee where there are bars with terraces and the main clubs of the city. Just 10 minutes from the hostel you'll reach Rue Saint Jean with bars, nice restaurants and cafes; ideal for any kind of evening you are aiming for.
Saint-Roch itself is a trendy downtown area with many funky bars and nice eateries; there’s something for everyone. The hostel is located in an area with easy access to all necessary amenities; ATMs, supermarket, bars and restaurants, and unique boutiques and shops.
If you visit in the summer you can experience the Festival D’ete in July. A 10 day music event with stages and acts performing all around the city. Experience the spectacular performances from the Cirque du Soleil, which run throughout the summer months. Come and try the beers of the world in August during Festibiere.
Enjoy the spectacular winter and enjoy the Carnival de Bonhomme beginning in the last weekend in January and lasting for two weeks. The biggest winter carnival in the world, taking place at various locations around Quebec City, all easily accessible from the hostel.
