Liked: Staff were extremely friendly, and the welcome muffins were a nice surprise

Disliked: We were in a room that stank so badly of mould it was impossible to be in there for more than 3min without opening the window. Lucky for us, it wasn't too cold outside, so we could keep the window open all night. I wouldn't want to be there on a chilly evening though...

Liked: Good showers and toilets. Helpful staff.

Disliked: Room was dirty. Some parts were unfinished. Decor old and all a bit grubby.

Liked: they have hair dryers

Disliked: we booked through hostelbookers 5 months in advance, too long for their unorganised reservation system, hence our reservation for a private room got lost and they didn't have any left. Luckily they were not fully booked and we got 2 beds in an empty dorm room, making it a quasi private room. Still annoying though.

Liked: This was a really nice place to stay, it was right in town and friendly, it was really clean and the people were friendly and helpful, its right near the tourist info office who are great and a great place for dinner (the pizza is the best ever) just around the corner.

Liked: A good adress to stay in Port Hardy, the interior of the B&B was more welcoming than the etxernal aspect. Good facilities and skillfull staff.

Liked: Even though the operator knew I had to get up early to catch the ferry he loudly talked to custormers late laufhing loudly into the night disturbing my sleep.
