Liked: No-frills accommodation at its best. This place is clean and convenient to downtown Ottawa, complete bath and kitchen shared with at most one other person. Not a hold-your-hand kind of management, but they are perfectly pleasant to deal with. I would stay here again, no question.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: helpful staff, allow me to keep my luggage in the room on my last day past the check-out time.

Disliked: facilities a little limited. there's no kettle to boil water.

Liked: The staff at reception were very helpful and kind to me. The rooms are very private even though theyu share a kitchen and bathroom. Very close to downtown and a few pubs.

Disliked: The walls were dirty. No social life within the hostel.

Liked: Most guests living in this building are students since this is just next to the university of ottawa dorm. Walking distance to downtown, and shuttle bus right in front of the building. Room is very clean and quiet.Perfect for student travelers.
