Isaac McEachernThis hostel has a very unique atmosphere due to its history as a jail. It is a discombobulating fusion of "Prison Break" and a funky backpackers hostel, and quite unlike any other place I have stayed. Loads of character! |

Daniel FelkaiI did like it, although I feel duty bound to point out that the Hot water system there was consistently slow to kick in (except the morning I left when it didn't kick in at all!), and the reception staff were ovr two hours late on the morning of my first day. |

Leila TaylorThe internet times (all other hostels should do $3 for 24hrs of usage instead of the $3 for 1 hr) The cells were cool, also the kitchen was very well equipt. The bathrooms and toilet walls need a good clean though. |

Customer reviewI like about this hostel is the location it is right down the heart of the down town of Ottawa. Lots of site seeming. The hostel itself it have historical information and it is a real rail. |
