Liked: Personal service, couldn't do anything more to help me and nothing was any trouble.
Disliked: Location only due to bad public transport and expensive taxis although I was happily driven where I needed to go. Tea and coffee was in office which made it hard to get to as it was often locked.

Liked: Manager was extremely helpful and provided an extra heater and hairdryer very quickly. He also helped us with directions and always asked if there was anything else he could help with.
Disliked: Our room was quite cold.

Liked: staff was very friendly and helpful only thing was its run by one man so had to wait 10minutes to be shown in. place was clean and would really recommend it if you are travelling with someone as it is great value for money. there is a pool and bbq area for free use.
Disliked: this property was very far away from niagara falls but the bus system runs right past it so once you figure this out you can be on your way to the falls within 20minutes.
