Lyanne HamiltonThe staff, Patrick and Steve, were amazingly friendly and informative. They made it great and introduced me to everyone they could to make me feel more comfortable and at home. I've stayed at a lot of hostels and have never had this kind of honest and friendly service. They alone made it worth the stay. |

Customer reviewThe hostel was very friendly and sociable. The owners got to know you by name... even though we only stayed there for three nights. There was the opportunity to chat with other people staying at the hostel or chill out by yourself if you preferred. Any questions about the area could be answered by staff - also giving reccomendations for activites to do or ones to avoid! |

Customer reviewOur train was like 4 hourse late (I do NOT recommend to use Amtrak!!!) und we got a nice call, to make sure we were all right, felt like people actually cared about us (which we didn't feel like after a 13 hours train ride!). we got all the information we needed about the area, free internet even tip about how to get rid of sunburn! the rooms are clean and there was no curfew, it also was really close to the falls, you could just walk back an get a sweater (or get rid of it) we had an amazing stay!!! |
