Disliked: the whole area of niagra, the buildings and the hostel are ugly, it was a poor layout and not very clean or well kept, over priced for facilities on offer

Liked: It was one of the cleanest hostels I've ever been to and I've been to many hostels. Also the staff was really, really nice and we enjoyed our stay there!

Liked: Literally a 20 minute walk to Niagara Falls. Very clean, great breakfast, free internet, very helpful staff. Great Carribean food place right around the corner that a member of staff recommended-best food we had in Canada!

Disliked: Our room was very small for 4 people.

Liked: Nicely done up, kitchen well equipped and nice bbq area outside. Staff friendly and facilities all well kept

Disliked: A bit of a walk from the falls and centre- although v close to bus station so handy if arriving with luggage

Liked: Really liked the atmosphere, everybody was so friendly and helpful! The hostel is really reliable. Having our reservation through the hostel-booker we came to do the check in at midnight and the room still waited for us. The staff is very helpful with all the tourist attractions and directions to them. They have big and cheap luggage lockers, kitchen is perfectly equipped, has a nice dinning room which we used even after the check out, have laundry and an iron.

Disliked: The only thing that I disliked was that the property is not clean enough. Public area is ok, but could be better. Our room stank really badly when we first came in. Don't know about the other rooms.

Liked: Friendly atmosphere. Staff organised activities some days a week although none on offer during our stay. Breakfast included and free use of kitchen all day. Own room fairly basic but had TV and air conditioning but adequate.No ensuite facilities.Outside sitting area was good. Well situated for railway station and 2 shuttle bus services to Niagara Falls.

Disliked: Staff could have made it clearer about where to get the right shuttle service as we wasted over an hour in wrong location when they sold us package for Niagara Falls attractions which included free transport from one of the companies

Liked: The hostel's in the old downtown area, very close to bus and rail terminals. It's a very relaxed place, though if you're looking for nightlife, the tourist areas are only a 25min walk or taxi ride away. Rooms and bathroom were clean, good breakfast - overall a very good deal!

Liked: this is a really nice hostel, nice big kitchen and dining area. everything was nice a clean. room was a bit small and not really any curtains. but good place to stay.

Liked: Its an Ok hostel, nothing special. Two mile walk to the falls but a nice walk. Located in Niagara downtown but nothing to do there! Most restaurants shut by 8pm. Felt like a ghost town! Staff werent always avaliable. We thought the hostel was quite under staffed as they were doing the cleaning as well as everything else! Nice kitchen and common areas. Basic breakfast. Ideally located for bus and train station, just opposite the road.
