Overview
The ‘Montreal Youth Hostel’ has specialized in offering accommodation to tourists for nearly 40 years, welcoming visitors warmly 24 hours a day, 12 months a year. We are classified 3 stars, the highest level of recognition in the hostel industry in Quebec province.
*Please note that the rates quoted on this page do not include the sales taxes and are based on the reduced rate for HI card holders. An extra of 4.25$ per night for the dormitory or an extra of 10$ per private room per night will be charged upon arrival for the non-members. We also give a discount to ISIC card holders.
We are the ONLY HOSTEL in Montréal selling hockey tickets for every regular season game and the playoffs of the Montreal Canadiens at the Bell Centre (located 5 minutes away from the hostel)!!!. Ask us for the HI-MEMBER Package for the hockey games.
Filled with good vibes seekers from all over the globe, the Montreal Youth Hostel is a melting-pot of everything travelers are looking for in a youth hostel.
We are centrally located in downtown Montreal where all the action is. Even on week nights, the night life here will please everybody. Oh yeah…we have No Curfew! So feel free to live the night life to the fullest!
The hostels friendly staff will be more than happy to give you tips on what's going on in Montreal, on where to go out and on how to say useful stuff in French or even better… where to eat the best poutine in town! Prepare your liver it will be a meal to remember!
We also organize a lot of activities and outings like our everlasting bar tours, bike tours, Sunday's Tam Tam on the mountain or the Piknic Electronik on the island plus so much more depending on the season and what is going on in Montréal at that time…There is always something happening in Montréal... don't you worry. We also bring you to see local bands or special shows... Everything to make you feel like a real Montrealer.
