Liked: Fantastic staff and activities organised all the time. Amazing facilities and very nice, spacious rooms. Very high quality accommodation. Best hostel I have ever stayed at!

Liked: clean, close to bus terminal, good price, good breakfast included

Disliked: too many bunks in the one room, meaning your head is extremely close to the persons in the bunk beside you. Also, I think the cleaners have OCD which I guess is good cos the place was clean, but not too enjoyable to have a cleaner scrubbing the seat your sitting on whilst your eating breakfast!

Liked: It's a great hostel to stay at. Beds, rooms, bathrooms, facilities are very nice and comfortable. They give you a lot of little perks that make your stay better and don't force you to go hunting for things. Serve free breakfast, so saves you money every morning.

Disliked: I wouldn't say I disliked it, but it's not really a great place to socialize or party, and that's mostly because it's not a very big hostel. So you might have to find that on your own if you're looking to have some fun in the evenings.

Liked: The location is excellent, just a few blocks from the Latin Quarter and right near the bus station, which is convenient for leaving your luggage while you walk around the city. Although staying near the Latin Quarter might not sound safe, I felt the location and area definitely seemed safe. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean.

Disliked: The only real draw back was there was not too much common space and that there were only two computers to use.

Liked: So much fun!! The staff were amazing :) and the people visiting the hostel too!!! So much veriety :) live band night was super fun, and the alcohol at the bar was a good price, 2 beers for $6 :) very clean, and almost like a hotel with lots and lots of personality & fun :) definayeky recommended!!!!

Liked: Good breakfast if you like sweet stuff (some cereal would be good too!).

Disliked: There aren't enough showers. You only have the one shower in the ensuite in your room which means you have to wait around for a while before you get your turn. You can't use the washing facilities to do your own washing in drying. However there is a service provided which costs $10 for a bag.

Liked: Perfect location next to the bus station, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, good lockers, cheap drinks at the bar.

Disliked: A few small things were broken (shower rail, window lock).

Liked: great for meeting people! great rooms! GREAT HOSTEL, GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT STAFF, GREAT CITY, GREAT BEER! - Love IT! Full of power points! - AWESOME!

Disliked: Fix the bathroom floor in room 22....always brown and muddy. Other than that FANTASTIC!!!!! Also would be good to add some more 'tours' and some more information to the tour...rather than just a long stroll. Less anal about Breakfast when you are waiting to check in (there is always left overs) Breakfast a little early.... its sooo good, but after a big night out most nights - very hard

Liked: Croissants! Bar! Powerpoints! City! Fun! Great Place to Meet People!

Disliked: should be able to have breakfast when you arrive, should include fruit or cheese/protein at breakfast (not just sugar) Toilet rolls and paper towels always seemed empty in lobby bathroom. some maintenance issues on the basement level. 10am breakfast cut-off in a 'party city' Should have a better understanding of TOURS and more information on their free ones, perhaps organise one with a tour company at a special rate for the hostel. sometimes people who have been on the move travelling for a long time, just want to be told what they should not miss and a bit of history to get an understanding of the city... "just look around" is sometimes daunting.

Liked: I couldn't recommend it more! The atmosphere was warm and friendly, location was perfect, rooms were clean, the fresh croissants were delicious and the staff helpful. Two thumbs up!

Liked: It was a very clean and spacious room (private ensuite) and there were very friendly people at the desk. There was a nice atmosphere and a variety of food at breakfast. The location was also fine, especially since we were travelling by greyhound which is next door. It was like a hotel, but only more cozy. I would definitely recommend it to others, since it was certainly one of the best hostels I have ever visited.

Disliked: The only thing one could dislike is the fact that it is next to the bus terminal (also a plus when you travel by bus) so that there is some traffic noise. It didn't bother us, but if you have difficulty sleeping, this could be annoying.

Liked: Staff are amazingly friendly and very accommodating, bathroom in each room.

Disliked: Metal bunk beds creak a lot at night when you shift your position, and the support bar in the middle of the bed makes sleeping on your back uncomfortable, though these are minor issues.

Liked: live music and free food on Fridays, location, location, location, everybody's crazy (in a good way), it's super clean and I love the new backyard terrace, ensuite bathrooms, separate TV-lounge

Disliked: for some reason the lobby is totally over-heated (26-27°C), it's always a bit noisy due to AC and the bus station close by, why the... is there only strawberry jam for breakfast (and that since last year)???? and the prices on the websites are without tax, so there is always a surprise at check-in

Liked: Perfect location could not have been easier to get to from the bus station and Berri Metro stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms linens were clean, and TV and free towels were a nice perk! Breakfast was better than at most places with orange juice, eggs, muffins, pancakes and free coffee - all day long!

Disliked: I cannot think of anything I disliked at this hostel!
