Liked: Best staff ever! The breakfast is also a mix of continental and ordered hot food (omelettes, pancakes, French toast, etc). It is superbly clean and well-located, near Berri-UQAM and bus stations and the Village. Loved it!

Disliked: The single room is small but it has AC, flat screen TV, private bathroom, and is cheaper than most dorm hostels.

Liked: Friendly staff. Generally clean and home-style atmosphere.

Disliked: The "private single" is small and stuffy. The room contains one twin-size bed, and the room itself is about the size of 2 twin-size beds side-by-side. There is a separate bathroom one floor up that is pretty clean with shower. There wasn't much privacy as I could hear other guests talking and walking around outside the room. I can really only recommend the "private single" for stays of 1 or 2 nights. Although the place is clean and comfortable, and the host very friendly... the room is otherwise too small and stuffy to stay longer than that. This may be different for the queen-size rooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Disliked: I didn't have any problems but I imagine that at times the limited bathroom facilities can be a little frustrating.

Liked: Good value : excellent breakfast at the morning available outside with a special dish everyday;free internet access on a computer; helpful staff and owner; hostel close to the international bus terminal....i should say a place to be advised if you decide to go to Montreal!!!

Liked: It could not have been better. The staff is always trying to help you, whatever you want. You feel like a star!The rooms are very designed, quite small but with a lot of charme. You have a big screen with HD TV.The breakfast is good, and you have someone cooking for you.I can only recommend it.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Location in the Village was perfect for my needs. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful ( including homemade croissants and omelet). Outdoor patio was pleasant place for eating and hanging out. Our room was small but charming. I had the use of a telephone and a computer with Internet access.
