Overview
Located downtown Kimberley, minutes to Kimberley Alpine Ski Resort
You can see the mountain from SameSun Kimberley Lodge, located right downtown in the heart of the Bavarian Platzl…not bad to wake up to, eh? Right slap bang in the heart of the Kootenay mountain range, Kimberley is a four-season international tourist destination with a world-class mountain. Guess what…we can help you get to it all from our Lodge! Just ask the helpful staff your heart’s desire – we’re the backpacking kind too and know what you need.
We offer transportation to the ski resort from the lodge, and then it’s back to the pub (right downstairs!) for good grub, a few drinks and maybe a live band. The lodge has a big open-plan kitchen common area and the rooms are kitted out with gorgeous wooden bunks - a cozy, inviting place to hang out after a day on the slopes.
If you want to stay somewhere off the backpacker conveyer belt with more charm than most mountain resorts can shake a stick at then Kimberley SameSun is for you!
