Liked: On arrival I was met by a very friendly staff member, offered a bottle of water and was checked into a very clean and spacious dorm. The staff and other travelers immediately made me feel welcome and the atmosphere was amazing. The hostel is close to downtown and along the picturesque waterfront. I would rate this hostel as one of the best hostels I've stayed at!!

Liked: I have travelled all around the world and stayed in many hostels. I say, this place is AWESOME! Great vibe from the employees, THE BEST kitchen facilities I have EVER seen a hostel, immaculate bathrooms, comfy beds, lockers in each room, LOADS of SPACE everywhere in the hostel, tons to do, great location, frick'n pancakes as part of the continetal breakfast!, BBQ in the backyard, its set up like a frat house.. it's it's own building and has everything you could ever need!

Disliked: Would like to see better lighting in the dorm rooms, individual wall lamps by the beds, a hot tub in the backyard, and a bar. There are no 'real' dislikes about this hostel.. ITS AWESOME!

Liked: Relatively easy to get to, excellent location just by the bridge and the Waterfront Parks.

Disliked: Fairly clean, but could definitely do better. But the staff was uniquely conceited, blasted their music even against complaints and defended their mission to party at all costs.

Liked: It was the only hostel in Kelowna

Disliked: It was a bit dirty, on arrival the guy was pretty hopeless didn't even tell us where our room was or anything. Only one of the internet computers worked. It was alright for a weekend but wouldn't want to stay much longer. The rooms feel cramped, stayed in a 8 bed dorm which had lockers right in the middle so it felt like there was no room to move.

Liked: I like that it looks like a new hostel. However, I found the place annoying as the service desk did not open until 5 pm, meaning clean-up after travel and being able to rest was impossible.

Liked: A great atmosphere, very friendly staff, a pool table, bathrooms on every floor, AND I got a free kitkat and bottle of water for booking with hostelbookers!

Liked: The very friendly staff. The sporty atmosphere - several sports events and facilities. The location - in the heart of the town and close to the lake.
