From Confederation Bridge:

Follow Trans Canada Highway/Provincial route 1
Turn left on Grafton Street.
Right onto Hillsborough Street.

From Airport:

Start out going South on Maple Hills Avenue.
Turn right.
Turn left onto Brackley Point Road / Provincial Route 15. Continue to follow Brackley Point road.
Turn slight right onto St. Peters Road.
St. Peters Road becomes Longworth Avenue.
Turn left onto Weymouth Street.
Turn right onto Grafton Street / Provincial Route 1 / Trans Canada Highway 1.
Turn left onto Hillsborough.
