Liked: It's okay. As its popular, a lot of tuk-tuk drivers are waiting every days at the counter, witch can be annoying sometime. They sell tickets for bus and boat a bit more expensive than the agencies in town. I made a deal with them to get my boat ticket at the same price of the agencies (18 USD instead of 19USD) and they said it's was alright. But, at morning of the departure, I had to pay 19... They are also member of the "Association of Transport Cambodge Something" waiting for you at the border (Poipet), so you will propably stop at the Popular GuestHouse if you take (you don't really have the choice) the bus or taxi from this association. Not a bad idea to look around for an other hotel even if this one good.
Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
