Liked: Breakfast was good as there was variety. The staff were extremelly helpful with booking trips, flight and other accommodations for us. Free use of computers or free wifi, Cheap cocktails and beer in happy hour! Room was huge, with balcony and comfortable beds. Swimming pool, although not heated, was good to jump into after a long day out in the heat.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: I LOVE this hostel! I met alot of really awesome people there and it is in a decent location, 5-10 min walk from pub street (good bars/restaurants/shops). Takes a little while to get to the temples. I would recommend this place. The rooms are nice, I stayed in one with ensuite bathroom, they have good aircon (nice and cold at night while sleeping) in the rooms. Rest of the place isn't but they have a nice pool/bar area where you can just chill out and relax, and they'll also hook you up with a good tuk tuk driver to take you around to the temples everyday. $15 for the whole day.

Disliked: Nothing, this place is great!

Liked: Absolutely great and friendly staff! The rooms themselves are a little run down and lots of bugs/ants (as can be expected from an Siem reap or south east asian budget hostel) but I would stay here over and over again because of the friendly, helpful and honest staff. I left a camera in the lobby and got it back - no worries at all. You won't regret staying here.

Liked: it was a hotel rather than a hostel. very clean and staffs were very polite. But the price was that of a hostel.

Liked: great, nice place, cold pool, nice dorms with ac, not cheap but for the price it's really cool, breakfast nice and for 2$ good

Liked: Lovely hostel - one of the best ones I have stayed in. Really nice people - staff and fellow travelers. As I was here, the streets were quite flooded, so not too many other guests - nice and quiet, but I heard that is not the case normally.

Disliked: Nothing - except of a tiny detail: Some lockers in the girls dorm do not work properly, otherwise all good!

Liked: my flight was delayed but the tuk tuk driver that the hostel sent to pick me up (his name is Bob) waited for more than 5 hours in the airport. my deepest gratitude to him . and his service was superb with interesting info about the temples, i had a great time. thanks . pls hire him when you are there, he is a good lad. i will certainly stay there again

Disliked: the nearby 999 cafe with its most annoying music starts at 7 am

Liked: The dorms were nice and they offered a good continental breakfast for $2 if you stay in a dorm.

Disliked: They say on their website that they will pick you up at the bus stop if you email them in advance, but they did not follow through with this for us and several other people I talked to who were staying with them. So basically don't count on a pick up even if they say they will come get you.

Liked: Staff are really friendly and always willing to help- rooms and bathrooms very clean and spacious! The tours and tuk tuk service they offer is really good- you know you are getting a good deal and a fair price! Bar is very spacious- lots of places to sit/ relax throughout the hostel, food really yummy! Very good location too, less than a five minute walk to the old Market with lots of restaurants and 'pub st' which has lots of good bars// clubs!

Disliked: Nothing at all- perfect hostel. Only thing is it does get very busy so book ahead!

Disliked: Very Big place, maybe a little anonymous when you travel alone... I don't think it's really the place to meet a lot of people... everyone seems already in groups.

Liked: Awesome little hostel, nice touches to make it feel like home! pool, TV room, good food and cheap drinks, easy to meet people and a great place to chill away from the heat of the day (or after climbing around Angkor!)

Disliked: not much, reception did get confused though and tried to overcharge us, but just a mix up.

Liked: spacious room

Disliked: Failed to be picked up despite promises....later a member of staff tried to tell me he'd discounted my room by $2 as i paid this for taxi...saying the room costs $10....i explained rooms are $8 and he quickly backtracked... Also the tut 'deals' they offer are more pricey than if you ask....negociate a price with a driver yourself...cheaper! Found the place quite dull personally....no pub crawls, games organised as said on site...

Liked: awesome - one of the best hostels of my trip. stay here. have fun!

Disliked: slightly unfair because I am sure this is unusual but they failed to book our bus tickets when we paid them and now we are slightly stranded! But they are working very hard to fix it so hopefully we'll be in bangkok by this evening!

Liked: Excellent staff, entertaining bar, great food, clean rooms, fun people staying at the hostel, and the best part was the pool in the hostel which was essential after visiting temples all day

Liked: We were picked up at the bus station (pick-up included in the room rate) by one of the recommended tuktuk drivers of the hostel. This was one of the reasons I picked the hotel aside from the pool. We also hired the same driver to take us to the temples the next day. The pool was cute, the restaurant was casual and the facilities were great. There was a pool table, sofas, beds at the balcony and other services i didn't get to try - yoga, tv/dvd room and hammocks. The location was quiet but still near the market which is still walking distance. Just take care when walking at night since the road is not that well-lit. We stayed in the dorm room and everything was clean and organized. You pay $0.5 to borrow a towel but the linens are included in the room rate. There's a locker under the bunk bed so better bring a padlock for safe-keeping. At that time, no towels were available which was the only disappointing thing. But the other services such as the recommended tuktuk drivers and published rates are a great plus! The lonely planet books, public computers, wifi and great food were lovely additions. Breakfast for $2 (for dormers but free for private rooms) was also very nice - small pancakes, instant coffee, fruits, cereals and bread.

Disliked: Lost power in the early morning and woke up all sweaty
