Small guesthouse with big, clean rooms, quiet place in a nice area. Friendly staff can advise you on the best things to see and do in the area, like we would do with friends. We provide breakfast and dinner in our nice restaurant.

Our small guesthouse has only 8 rooms, which make it intimate, located at the back of a traditional khmer wooden house, it is a quiet and safe place.
We welcome you and we try to advise you as best as we can; give you tips about the best way to visit the temples, and what to do besides. We work with cheap,reliable and helpful tuk tuk drivers.
We have a small restaurant where you can relax, enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Free WIFI in the restaurant, reception and most of the rooms.
We also give cooking classes in our kitchen, you can learn the basics of khmer cooking.
Laundry by washing machine is available.

We live in a quiet area with all the services visitors can dream of, restaurants and bar, internet place, photo shop, small smart.

The rates on this website do not include air-con or hot water, which are available on request on arrival for few dollars more.

We have big, nice and clean rooms, from 6 to 16$.
All our rooms have ensuite bathrooms, and have a choice between fan or air con, cold or hot shower.
The rates here are for fan and cold shower. You can choose for few dollars more to take the other option on your arrival.
Free WIFI is available in most of the rooms.
All our rooms have TV with cable, 80 channels.

Located next to the river, Nationale 6, and behind the Wat Bo pagoda, on a small dust path.
12 minutes walk to the old market.
The guesthouse is surrounded by restaurants, a small mart with ATM, internet café...
It is lively during the day, and quiet at night.
