Liked: Love this super nice hostel, mango shake at the little cafe is so nice.The driver works for this hostel is also very kind and nice (Mr.Nim).

Disliked: Really nothing.

Liked: The atmosphere is this guest house is very good, nice patio and restaurant. Staff were very nice and helpful, in order to organize a tour to visit the temples.

Disliked: The room was small and a little bit dark for being the "superior" one, but i learnt that the difference is made by A/C yes or no.

Liked: This was so far the best hostel I have stayed at in Asia. The Cambo girl who runs it speaks great english & is really nice & can really help you out, there was a really social atmosphere, my room was excellent. i recommend it highly

Liked: The room is cost-effective. It's located at a good location, close to the markets and not too far from Angkor wat. Especially the staff there are so friendly and really passionate. they owned lots bike so we always have bike to hire. there are also some tour information and you can always ask them. I really had a good time there.

Disliked: Yen Hsiang left no negative feedback.

Liked: We had a good time here. The most that I liked is the people at reception in the evening, they were so friendly and helpful. The girl was the daugther of the owner, the boy I m not sure. The food is good in the place and you can order at anytime of the day from early morning till 10pm, and have it in a very good atmosphere in their comunal area. Also a beer and relaxing time after walking few hours in the temples it was one of the best things at the guesthouse.The guy that took us around with the tuk tuk (sopi) was very knowlegable about places and about the temples. It s good the free pick up at the airport that they offer with the guys with tuk tuk that work for them.Good info about temples and other places to visit and free internet!

Liked: Really friendly and helpful staff and family. Good value for money, nice clean room and easy/reliable wi-fi.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike really. If I was being picky, maybe that the bathroom door wouldn't close!

Liked: was a nice stay, clean and the staff were really helpful when i got sick with food poisoning(not from their food) lovely room and cheap.

Disliked: no hot water but thats nothing unusual for south east asia lol

Liked: Location to me is perfect: a 15-20 min walk to centre, which has the benefit of staying somewhere quiet. Staff is really helpfull, food is very affordable (but not the cheapest for same quality if you know your way in town you can get similar food for less), there is a laundry service and bike can be rented for 1 dollar a day.

Disliked: Nothing. There are only cold showers.

Liked: Really nice atmosphere and super friendly staff who couldnt do enough for me. The tuk tuk service they offer cant be beaten on price and their in house restaurant is good value for money

Disliked: They take the towels away each night so you have to keep asking for a new one. so weird! ha ha. thats only a tiny tiny problem though.

Liked: Exceptionally great value for money... so let me detail my ratings: Atmosphere and character: The guest house has a lovely garden restaurant, very warm with a very cool chess set and dart game. Also it has a small collection of books of various sorts including info on Cambi. In the evening, the lighting is JUST PERFECT. Very warm character. Many of the hotel folks gather here and interact like any backpackers hostel, BUT the crowd is ideally sized and it isn't too noisy and crowded. Staff friendliness and helpfulness: VERY VERY helpful. My tuk tuk driver was causing me trouble (unfortunately i hired it from outside and not through the guesthouse)... The lady running the show at the guesthouse used her mobile to make multiple calls to the boss of the tuk tuk guy to sort out things in the local language and ensure that I am satisfied with the resolution. She is always smiling and whenever you ask anything, the first response is a spontaneous "Definitely!" Location: It's walking distance from the "pub street" and local market. Also, the route is very safe. I walked it with my wife at midnight and saw other girls walking as well. Don't let the tuk tuk guys at the bus stand fool you by saying that it is outside the city. That is their way of taking you to an expensive hotel and taking a commission. They tried it on me. Thank god I didn't fall for it! Cleanliness: As good as it gets. You have to take off your shoes at the main entrance of the staying building, ensuring it is spotless clean. facilities: Everything is made easily accessible and available. they don't promote a particular company. You get what you want. The best part is: They are VERY reasonable. The food is brilliant and very cheap as well. Infact, we found the water here also the cheapest across the city. Clearly, it's focus is to give you the best experience. No wonder it is Tripadvisor recommended as well. Safe and secure: As I said, I walked with my wife from the market to the guesthouse at midnight and NOBODY even commented or gave a dirty look. Infact, there were tuk tuks who offered us free lifts as they recognised us being from Happy (there is a tuk tuk parking near the guesthouse, so those guys were returning after a days hard work) Value for money: As written earlier - they gave the cheapest (no margin) water and reasonable food and even the tours I guess appeared to be the reasonable ones (can't comment here as I had already fixed up my tuk tuk guide at the bus stand itself upon arrival) If ever I go back to Siem Reap, I would undoubtedly stay at Happy

Liked: It is only a few minutes walk into town, but just far enough away so you can escape the craziness when you've had enough for a day. The staff, especially the manager, Chhorpoan, are absolutely awesome; always laughing and making jokes but also very helpful. I really felt at home here and didn't want to leave. Staying here, for me, was actually one of the highlights of Cambodia (amongst the obvious). Thanks again to Happy Guesthouse for a wonderful time.

Liked: The staffs are very friendly and helpful in everything regarding d question about cambodia. The room are nice and clean. They also provide good service to help to book tickets to everywhere in cambodia.

Liked: the staffs and the owner are very friendly and helpful. They offer various services but with no overcharging whatsoever. You can go to Angkor temples by bicycle (the guesthouse provides bicycles to rent). The room is very nice for a very low price.

Liked: Extremely helpful staff who are happy to sort anything out for you like Visas, stamps, bus tickets, friendly tuktuk drivers (attached to the hostel). There is also a nice communal area to chill out, read, have a drink, use the wifi. A generally amazing place to stay!

Liked: They had great tours on offer and the tour guide they organized to take me around Angkor Wat was incredible - his name is Sam Pich and he was the most knowledgeable and interesting guide I had in the whole of Asia. His English is excellent and he has a great sense of humour - ask for him to take you to all the temples. The price for the guide and tuk tuk hire for a day was excellent as was the airport pickup and drop off. The food is also really good and ridiculously cheap. The staff are very helpful and kind and had no problem moving me when I wanted a new room.

Disliked: There was construction going on next door otherwise it was great
