Liked: The people are very friendly here, they really make you feel welcome - especially Chhorpoan who was so lovely and always eager to help you organise your day. I had a double room on 2nd floor which was very spacious, light, clean and had an ensuite shower (cold) and toilet, and ceiling fan. Food is very good. You can hire a bicycle for $1 a day or if you're not up for the exercise, they'll organise a tuk-tuk for you instead. It's a nice stroll along the river to Pub Street and the markets. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Siem Reap!

Liked: Very friendly stuff! They are not looking for your money but that you will jabe a nice szay and a great time in Siam Reap. Tjey provide plenty of information. Perfect stay for us!

Disliked: Room could be a little bit bigger but the rest was so good that it actially didn't matter

Liked: the staff was very helpful and organize tuktuk driver or bustickets. they also have their own tuktuk driver, whos are very friendly :P

Disliked: it was a little bit away from the pub street, but still in walking distance (around 5-10min)

Liked: The staff are great, really friendly and helpful. They made my short stay easy and convenient. It is good location as it allows you to get out of the real center but you are only aout 5 minutes walk from all the major attractions and excitment, the rooms are clean.

Disliked: It was a little difficult because they were completely booked out, they kept moving our room, but at least they tried to fit us in to the guesthouse instead of turfing us. The free internet is ok, but a little frustrating as it seems to slow or stop for no reason at various points during use - but its free.

Liked: Stay there! Amazing place. The staff is super nice and helpful, they would do anything to make you feel at home. Great place to hang-out and eat. The food is tasty and the location is great.

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. We ended up extending a further 3 days. The rooms were more like a hotel than a hostel at hostel prices. Good food. Great location for exploring Angkor.

Liked: If only everywhere could be Happy Guesthouse! The women were so warm and sweet, and they took care of everything from cooking delicious chocolate pancakes to setting up guides and transport.. Five stars.

Liked: The owners and the staff are unbelievably friendly, nice and helpful. The woman who runs the place speaks excellent English and French! We really enjoyed our stay there and they helped us to organize further travel plans. The rooms very very clean and there were a lot of '"extras" we did not expect, especially for the price. Furthermore, they have several tuk-tuk-drivers working for them, who take guests to the tempels for a very reasonable price and they are all really nice and don not try to push you into anything.Great place, thank you :)

Liked: Amazing Guest house. Excellent value for money and the family that owns this place are always helpful and accommodating. The Khmer meals on their menu are delicious. They are very conscious of who is coming and going, therefore it feels that extra bit safe and secure. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the main downtown area and restaurants (u can always hire a tuk tuk). Bikes are $1 US to rent for the day to explore the temples at your own pace (most within 9-15km away). Free Wi-fi and I even had a TV in my room which has many movie channels in English.

Liked: Great hostel, great rooms! Well worth upgrading to airconditioning as Siem Reap is HOT. Really friendly staff who attend to your every need. Nice atmosphere and a good place to meet other travellers even though theres no dorm room.

Liked: Brilliant place. Lovely lovely family. I lost my key and some cash, they wouldn't accept money for a replacement key and instead insisted on giving me (free) coffee and breakfast as I had a long travel day ahead of me. Very nice atmosphere overall too, met some fab other travellers too. And extremely good value for money!
