Liked: The value we got with this guesthouse was nearly equivalent to a 1050 Baht/night ($35/night) hotel room we had in Phuket, Thailand. The beds are comfortable and are made up daily. They also give you new towels and water daily. Our room had a small fridge and a small TV that had cable. The people I presumed were the owners or managers were friendly, helpful, and quite capable in speaking English. Overall this was a tremendous value---which was good because the cost of tourism can add up in and around Angkor if you're trying to see it on a budget.

Disliked: I feel nitpicky in trying to come up with things I didn't like. There were times where there weren't English speakers on duty at the front desk. Was it an issue though? Not really. I did notice that the property is next to a water channelway that doesn't smell so pretty. I actually didn't notice this for the first few days we stayed there. I only mention it now because I don't know if you stay at a room on that side if you might catch a whiff of that smell.

Liked: In the center of Siem Reap, walking distance to everything. The front desk is nice even assist us to get a bus goin to vietnam. We also got a very friendly tuktuk driver who speaks english. Very delicious food too!

Disliked: The place is good but there's a lot of insects so better bring an mosquito repellent with you. But all in all, its good staying here.

Liked: we had a lovely stay at this guesthouse. we got a free pick up from the airport which was very much appreciated after having a very early flight to siem reap. our room was spacious with a big bed and the air con was amazing. for our own room with air con it was very good value for money. location is pretty good too, probably a ten minute walk to town or a short tuk tuk ride. we had a three day tour around the temples which was organised from the guest house and we really did cover what siem reap had to offer. all in all a very pleasant stay.

Liked: I did not find this place that great - the staff were not helpful (hardly any spoke english or even smiled) and the location was good but not excellent. The free pick up was much appreciated tho (i think the tuk tuk driver was the happiest of them all!) . We felt we were left totally to figure everything out ourselves - ie no information about anything! and when we checked out, not even a thank you!!

Liked: The free pick up is very nice. They have a great tuk tuk driver. Staff were helpful. It was pretty clean.

Disliked: We paid the hotel for onward travel to the next city and we were charged more than other people on the same boat paid. Also we did not get a welcome drink on arrival.

Liked: The location is brilliant, it is just a short walk from the centre and about a 10 min tuktuk ride away from Angkor Wat. The hostel is very clean and our room was cleaned everyday. Free internet is also a bonus and there are lots of computers available.

Disliked: The staff were nice but not amazingly friendly. However they were very efficient and most of them spoke English

Liked: Everything was simply superb. VERY CLEAN, spacious, authentic Cambodian feel, free internet, great staff...but our favorite was one of the drivers provided: MR. RADO. He was exceedingly sweet and kind and made our awesome trip in Siem Reap and around the ruins. We definitely look forward to returning to Bunnath Guesthouse!

Liked: The staff were really accommodating and friendly. :) I forgot my camera in the car and they called the driver at once (we hired from the guesthouse/hostel) and he came back to return it immediately. :D

Liked: This was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean with great facilities. They were cleaned everyday and extras like soap, toothbrushes and water were provided. Free internet was great and the tuk tuk tour arranged for us for Angkor Temples was excellent. We would definately stay here again and reccommend it for all types of travellers. The food was also excellent and at reasonable prices.

Liked: It's my first time traveling in this country. so I cannot compare to other guess house in Siem Reap. but in my opinion, this Guess house is Great. they provide the free pick up from airport, which is very helpfull. Mr. Bunthann which always be there is a very help full guy. he will explain every thing if you ask for help. He already help us when we want to go to Floating village. he help us to buy the ticket to Phnom Phen.for the room, its very clean. and its give me a nice sleep after struggling with the Siem Reap Weather. because its really hot when I came there. even only a fan, its already make the feel different. Even its quite far from market, its quite close with bike rental. so you can rent a bike, and can go every where. just be care full with the traffic. its so complicated. if you do not know haw to use bike, you can use tuk2.over all, I like to stay here. And I recommend it to all.

Liked: This is a excellent guesthouse. Our room was en suite with air conditioning, a fridge and a television. A nice breakfast is available a low cost. The location is good and all your site seeing and transfers can be arranged by the staff. We have no hesitation in recommending this guesthouse.

Liked: a short walk to the old city and pub street, not far from angkor wat. staff were very helpful and at least a couple spoke very good english. if you book a taxi or tuk tuk for angkor wat or back to the border i advise doing it through the guesthouse. they will call drivers they know, so you're pretty safe as far as not getting scammed or pumped for money; something to appreciate in this region, as anyone who's tried to make their way from bangkok to siem reap without the advantages of plane or train can attest to.
