Liked: We liked the spacious room and the fact that the staff came to clean every day.

Disliked: The water in the bathroom wasn't floating away and the view outside was also not nice. The beds were big, but to sleep in there for a week.. not so nice. The matresses were kind of old.

Disliked: On 5th floor it was too hot in the room with fan to stay for more than three nights.

Liked: Cheap and you get what you pay for. Great shower. Rooms cleaned every day. Fast wifi.

Disliked: Worst bed i've had in SEA and we moved after two days of poor sleep. Damp towels. Hassled by the tuk tuk drivers outside - one guy followed us for 10 minutes. We booked via hostelbookers, paid a deposit and expected the room to be 12USD total. When we arrived at the guesthouse the rooms were actually 10USD so the price online is wrong. They also made us pay the full 10USD not taking the 1.20USD deposit into account. The staff member didn't want to discuss this and in general the staff were not friendly.

Liked: Wasn't the best guesthouse we've ever stayed in - no restaurant on site, and a bit of a walk from the riverside - but it was clean and there was free internet, very close to the genocide museum and a big supermarket, and the staff were helpful for booking bus tickets.

Liked: air-con work well, a lot of tv channel.

Disliked: i've been stayed in many guesthouses before, this guesthouse's staff was the most unfriendly staff of all.

Liked: Comfy and clean beds. TV with good channels in English.

Disliked: Bathroom a bit grimy. Other peoples hair. We supposedly had the best room (a/c). Someones old flip flops and comb. Old toothpaste on mirror.

Disliked: It's quite a way from the main drag and it doesn't make it clear that the less mony you pay the more flights of stairs you have to climb up

Liked: Clean, well-equipped, decently spacious room. Good value for the money.

Disliked: The location is geographically in the centre of town...but not really near anything. Kind of far from the backpacker (riverside) area. The staff are very unfriendly!!

Liked: You get what you pay for: ok room for ok price. Based on the comments, we booked the 'expensive' rooms, these are on the first floor. So no problems with the stairs.

Disliked: Location bit remote. However it's close to orsey market (the bus stop for capitol).

Liked: 5 dollar tuk tuk to the airport

Disliked: turn the electric off when u give reception ur key and dont turn it back on wen u go back to ur room pretty annoyin after walkin up n down stairs twice! also charged us for stuff we didnt have so refused to pay n then they let us off which makes me think they do that a lot!

Liked: nothing really

Disliked: Dirty room (blood in the bathroom, vomits on the wall, dirty sheet). Stayed only one night, as we had the pay the first day, the staff hestitated when giving back the money and even didn't get back all. The place was far away from the city centre.

Liked: Its really great value for the money. The rooms are nice and u have ur own bathroom even with the cheapest rooms, The internet is free but very slow and I wasnt able to log in to every site I wanted to. They can help u with most things and theres always tuk tuk drivers outside. If u dont want to climb the stairs u might want to consider paying a bit more for a room on the first floors..

Disliked: The sheapest rooms are on the topfloor. Thats 97 steps.. The waterpressure in the shower wasnt great but it works.

Liked: It is not far to walk to the central market, staff was friendly and helpful and the room clean.

Disliked: Although they say they have Wifi it only works on the first 2 floors max.

Liked: basic but very clean rooms. overall good value. staff very friendly and helpful to organise tours, other hotels across Cambodia - they have quite a few sister hotels in other main tourist cities so they can take care of all accomodation as you tour across the country

Disliked: the location was not in the city centre, but a 15 to 20 minute walk. Not that bad for me, but if you want to be in the city centre this is not the place to be
