Liked: almost every tuk-tuk driver know spring guest house. Very cheap for big space room, clean, and good location.

Liked: Bathroom plug was clogged when we first used it. They came up and fixed it for us though. Fairly good location. good Value. comfy Beds compared to most of southeast asia. Climb up stairs is no problem. Places with a bit more character and excitement about closer to the river. More beggars there too though.

Liked: They had not received our booking via the website but luckily had a room available anyway. Bathroom was a bit grotty and the drain was blocked. Location is pretty central for sightseeing but away from most of the restaurants etc. Not a bad place for the price we ended up paying ($5 for a double bed room) - 5th floor though!

Liked: The location wasn't the best, but the staff were very helpful and the room was decent, though my soap was covered with ants when I left it uncovered.

Liked: Really nice place, rooms are clean, comfortable and cheap. Wi-fi is a little bit slow and somewhat expensive (just under $1 per hour) but ahh at least its wi-fi and can be accessed from the rooms. Would be more than happy to return here. Only downside is location (a bit out of the thick of it but at least tuk tuk drivers are cheap) and also not at all social atmosphere.

Liked: an ok location, a bit far from the river front where most of the bars and restaurants are but still close to other tourist attractions. the best thing about the place is the staff...sooo nice and helpful. would recommend this place.
