Liked: Free pick up from the bus station. Hotel was able to arrange visa for Vietnam and travel methods at a fair price.

Disliked: Totilet leaked when flushed and badly needs new bed linen.

Liked: Free pick up from the bus station was good and the room was quite good for the price. Easy to book buses/tours from the guesthouse. Free wifi.

Disliked: Bathroom wasnt very clean

Disliked: there were frequent power cuts. Not the fault of the guesthouse who sometimes used a generator but just a frustration of phnom penh

Liked: great staff, helpful but not pushy. The room was a bit claustrophobic because it has very low ceilings (you would hit the roof if you were over 6 foot). Very safe, and they offer to lock up valuables in their safe and they have bars on the windows. The place right next door seemed to be better value for money, as it was brighter with bigger rooms for the same price so we moved there but ended up with bed bugs.

Disliked: The room was a bit claustrophobic because it has very low ceilings (you would hit the roof if you were over 6 foot. Seem to be other nicer places for the same price around the area. At least the room at the Sunday didn't have bed bugs.

Liked: First, the bed was awesome. Any hotel/hostel with that good of a bed is worth whatever negatives I list below! Very comfortable and queen sized. The room came with good window space, the A/C worked well, and the bathroom had an individual heating unit that worked well. The staff was very helpful, had good prices for visas/travel (and 6-mo VNese visas were available), and the food prices were reasonable. The lounge area was a bit small and shared with the family, but it was quite relaxed and enjoyable with a good TV and speakers and tables for eating. There were 2 computers available with internet (bad at times, but that's not the hotel's fault) that were acceptably fast and had headphones and a mic. Booked twice for my return to the city, so I definitely liked it.

Disliked: The room was quite tiny: I would guess 10m2 for the main room, though the bathroom was almost as large. The TV got poor reception, though it did have a full cable selection. My room had good windows, but it was in the front corner; I assume other rooms would be significantly darker. The doors did not have very good locks - just the simple doorknob lock that's easily picked, so I wouldn't suggest leaving too many valuables in the room when you leave, though the place had people/family there at all times so it's not that bad. The real issue, though, was the location. It's a bit far from everything to walk, especially at night given how dark the city gets. Whatever money you save by going here versus a more central location will be lost to tuk-tuks. Don't rely on the staff for early wake-up calls, either. Still, I booked it again, so I do recommend it.

Liked: They had free pick-up which was really convenient and there was always someone around to help you find where you wanted to go or book tours with, and their little restaurant was quite good.

Disliked: The sheet on the bed in the room was old and didn't seem the most clean but still acceptable for the price.

Liked: Good location, clean and comfortable rooms. Tour desk is really helpful without been pushy. Good value for money.

Liked: very helpful staff, nice atmosphere, clean room, perfect stay for our trip to Phnom Penh :P

Disliked: u need to walk e.g. 20 min to get to the main attractions, but u can get a tuk tuk without a problem at the entrance to get there in 5min

Liked: Friendly and helpfull staff. Shower was great to.

Disliked: Staff only after one thing: Your Money! Rooms are very small and far over rated. I think the guesthouses near the riverside are a way better option in Phnom Phen.

Liked: Very clean; nice balcony in the 3rd floor for everybody to hang around; helpful staff; very secure. It's a 30 min walk or a 5 min ride by moto to the lively riverside. restaurants and markets are nearby.

Disliked: Elke left no negative feedback.

Liked: Lovely staff, family run place with free wifi and excellent tour and bus booking services

Disliked: Felt slightly unsafe at times, but there is a security guard outside. Also it's quite out of the main area

Disliked: Door looked like it had been broken into and patched up. Bathroom door also opened onto corridor (and into room) and was plastic and held by 1 bolt - not sure about the security although there was a guard outside.

Liked: looks like it is family run .wonderful people so helpful and very good english spoken.coach tickets tours and visas plane tickets all availible here.also breakfest and meals good and cheap.wifi tv.very clean rooms lovley beds.couldnot ask for anymore.5mins to riverfront 2 dollars by tut tuk. also pick you upp when you book .for three as long as you let them know when you arrive.home fom home

Liked: Facilities were adequate.

Disliked: Unfortunately the hostel made a mistake with our booking which was to have repercussions for both of the nights we stayed. We spent the first night in a next door guesthouse (not very clean, didn't feel very secure) and although we did move into the Sunday Guesthouse on the second night, we were unable to get the bed we'd booked. Facilities were adequate but no better.

Liked: Helpful friendly staff - got a clean towel and bedsheet when we asked for it, good value tours, free transfer upon arrival to bus station was great (but remember to let the hostel know when/how you are arriving beforehand), quiet location, we liked nearby cafes (Asian Spice Cafe excellent with cheap food)

Disliked: The bed blanket cover dirty but was changed on our request, floors and corridors dusty/gritty (annoying because you have to leave your shoes at the door), maybe too far away from the riverfront bars for some people but for a couple of dollars tuk tuk we didnt mind

Disliked: Small rooms, bedding did not feel clean, room was not cleaned at all during our 3 night stay so had to ask for another toilet roll for example.

Liked: Helpful staff. A nice balcony area on the top floor with sofas and tables where you could chill out.

Disliked: Very slippery stairs. No proper bedsheets, just a blanket. Slightly temperamental air con.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and tidy, could have been a bit closer to the river front but a tuk tuk only cost $2. Restaurant was reasonably priced and food was good, also tours of the location were available also very good value for money. Would stay again if I returned to Phnom Penh.
