Liked: Brilliant staff, great location in town & not by the quay which was ideal as not in the thick of the tourist belt so more traditional and 'quieter'. Great value for money with nice roof terrace.

Liked: Ok hostel. Room wasa good size for 2 people but the linen didn't look overly clean - glad we had our sleeping bag liners. Helpful staff who arranged a tuk tuk driver to take us to the museum and killing fields. Good food & good value for money.

Liked: staff were really friendly and helpful, they also organised transport and tours to the main sights in phnom penh. cheap (not free) internet and could rent dvds for the room.

Liked: very friendly staff adn free dvd rental ad tv to watch on. Good breakfast adn tours of town. It's not in the main backpacker area, but there is god cheap food around. Walkable to the royal palace and S21, but probably about 20-30mins walk.

Liked: Reasonable pricing. One of the staff was helpful in booking for buses and branch hostel in Sihanoukville. However, she did not advise us of the different pricing available for different type of buses for long distance trips. Nevertheless, she gave us a good room ratei .e. maintained the same room rate for their branch hostel in Sihanoukville. The Sunday Guesthouse in Sihanoukvile is much more comfortable than the one in Phnom Penh. Only snag is they do not provide soap and shampoo at hostel - only toilet paper - and they only clean the room if the key is left with them.

Liked: This was a great find - lovely staff, always someone at the desk to help you and CLEAN rooms! The common area/restaurant does close up about 10pm - so nowhere to hang out after then - but plenty to do on the town! Not too far from the river, and a security guard on the gate 24/7. Would definately recommend this place.
