About Seapark Homes Neshkov
The apartment guesthouse is situated in the most pleasant inhabitable part of Varna – the Sea Garden. The property, which takes up approximately 3000 sqm, is located in immediate proximity to the Varna-Golden Sands European highway. There is a direct access to the sea, which is less than 300 m away from the estate. In south-western direction there are luxurious house buildings and small family hotels situated in green park areas. The real estate is easily accessible for private and public transport.
The Complex is an angular building with one-side located apartments all facing south and west. Most of the apartments have stunning sea view to the Varna Gulf and the rest - to the park and the pool in the inner yard of the Complex. The Complex consists of 16 completely furnished apartments. Eight of them have a large living room with dining area and a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a built-in closet and one bedroom. Five of the apartments consist of a living room with dining area and fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a built-in closet and two bedrooms. On the two upper floors there are three marionettes, two of them have two bedrooms and one has three bedrooms. All apartments have large terraces, where our visitors could relax and enjoy the view.
In the basement there are underground garages for rent.
All apartments have air-conditioners, cable TV, telephone, PC port, Wi-Fi internet access.
There are three independent staircases and two elevators in the building.
The block of apartments takes up about 670 sqm of the property. The rest of the land in front of the building forms a garden amounting to 1600 sqm, in which the following facilities can be found: an outdoor pool including children’s pool and whirlpool, pool beach with sun loungers to relax on, park zone, service area.
The Complex is equipped with its own sewage system, ventilation system for the garages, security alarm system and other necessary machines and technical outfit.
Infrastructure – swimming pool, pool beach area (sun loungers against payment) janitor service, round-the-clock surveillance, park utilities, developed road infrastructure, free parking lot or a garage against payment.
The location is ideal for couples or families with small children, looking for a truly relaxing holiday. A modern shopping center with a sport complex and snack bars is just at a 2 minutes walk. Numerous restaurants, cafes and bars are just a stroll down the road to the beach promenade and the golden sandy beach. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, the center of Varna is a short bus drive (10-15 mins) away and can offer numerous nightclubs.
