"St. Stefan Villas" are situated 2 km south of Sozopol in the central part of the picturesque villa area "Budjaka". St. Stefan Bay lies almost 200 m south of the complex and it is famous for its remarkable rocky coast and high fiords, which resemble the Norwegian fiords in miniature.

The complex consists of 5 separate two-storey villas, each with a unique panorama view over the sea.
Each villa is equipped with an air-conditioner, telephone, radio set, satellite TV, Internet and veranda with a view over the outdoor swimming pool and the spacious yard.
On the first floor of the villas are the living-room, the dining-room and the kitchen, completely furnished.
On the second floor of the villas are two double bedrooms, fashionably designed, each with its own bathroom - WC and a terrace with a wonderful view over the sea.
Free parking lots are offered to the guests of the villas.
There is an opportunity for interesting excursions to various destinations nearby:
- The Bulgarian seaside resorts;
- Ropotamo Natural Reserve, with a boat trip available;
- The Islands near Sozopol, with a picnic on "St. Ivan" island;
On all the beaches of Sozopol you can do various aqua-sports, as well as rent a yacht.

Further south (pretty nearly 1 km.) Kavatzite Bay is located, closed by Cape St. Christ and Cape St. Agalina. There is a sandy shore at the end of this bay with one of the most beautiful beaches in the region of Sozopol. The seascape here is typical for an exotic beach - high dunes of pure wind-blown sand, widely spread all over the shore, each up to 5-6 m high. You can enjoy the outstanding natural beauty of the rare sand lily, which grows on the dunes here.
