Liked: Location, cleanliness, free breakfast, good sanitary facilities, well heated, comfortable and spacious dorms with ample storage space, free towel and hair towel too.

Disliked: No free internet. No TV or entertainment. No catering facilities. No 24hr reception.

Liked: Excellent hostel, calm but excellent situated downtown Sofia. The price is very good, the breakfast is perfect for a hostel. The place is clean, the staff is friendly. There is nothing to complain about. That's how a hostel has to be.

Liked: Situated close to centre. Good breakfast.

Disliked: We had said that we would be arriving in the time band 20.00 to 21.00 but arrived at 15.00 instead. By ringing the bell on the hostel gate for ten minutes we were unable to get any response and ended up having to make a phone call to get in. If unsure of your exact time of arrival there could be a problem with getting into the hostel.

Liked: Nice place, very quiet and clean, in an excelent position. The lady at the reception (most likely the owner) was nice if a bit stiff.

Disliked: We had a little trouble with a door (it was so heavy we thought it was locked) but it absolutely was a minor problem.

Liked: Its central location, the hostel owner was welcoming and really helpful with our travel arrangements and directed us to a few good places to eat. It was an excellent stay, and really good value for money for what we were looking for. Comfortable beds!
