It has 50 sqm indoor space, a bedroom, bathroom with shower. The bedroom has large double bed. It's perfect for up to 2 persons. Unlimited hot water and central heating system. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with electro stove, water heater, coffee maker and refrigerator. Washing machine and ironing facilities.

The apartment is close to the National Palace of Culture, 3 of the biggest parks in Sofia, several orthodox churches, including Alexander Nevski Cathedral (15 minutes walk), Vitosha Boulevard -the street of fashion shops and fancy coffee shops. Nearby you will find supermarkets, restaurants (both traditional Bulgarian and fancy ones), many coffee shops, movie theatres etc. There is also a 24 hour internet cafe nearby.
