Liked: Lovely place in central location - easy walk to all the cool palces. Free proper coffee a massive bonus. No need to go to the costa opposite!

Liked: My friend and I laughed at all the people paying through the nose for some "branded" hotel when there was this hostel available.

Liked: More like a hotel than a hostel - probably not so great for travellers wanting to meet people, but great for couples. Close to everything in Sofia including the gorgeous Aleksander Nevsky Cathedral. Easily walkable from the bus/train station, or the tram stops nearby. Host is the nicest guy - goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms are modern and spotless with fridge and TV, wifi works a treat, bathrooms are very clean. The free coffee (real beans!) and chocolate croissants were awesome!

Liked: new modern hostel, very clean and has tv,s in rooms only 3 people in rooms , great value and right in centre of city 200m from Cathedral and high street,, safe areabest hostel i have stayed at in sofia
