Liked: Firstly staff were top notch and friendly, full of helpful information. It is a good set up to meet people. Got my wash done. Hey a free beer and free spaghetti dinner can't be beat.

Liked: We were given a personal welcome explaining the services of the hostel, the do's and don'ts in Sofia and a very handy map of Sofia. The staff is very helpful!

Disliked: We booked a private triple room. The private rooms are in another building. Advantage: you have the quietness (which we liked and were looking for). Disadvantage: you miss a bit the atmosphere of the hostel.

Liked: Very easy-going atmosphere, easy-going and helpful staff, chilled downstairs area to hang out.

Disliked: The beds and linen were a bit scratchy but come on, what can you expect for the price :)

Liked: Easily one of the best hostels we have ever stayed in. Very clean and the most amazing staff ever. They helped us book different activities and even offered relationship advice. For real. If you go anywhere within a 500km radius of Sofia, you have to stay here.

Liked: Really helpfull and nice staff. The location was really central and although in the centre of the city no noise from the streets. The breakfast in the morning was nice-

Disliked: In the evening were so many people in the common room, that it was nearly crowded. The dorm was OK, but not the best comfort - the restrooms are outside but the showers inside.

Liked: Friendly hosts. Great place to meet people. Huge common room. Dont bother with the "tours" as they are really just a driver not a guide.

Disliked: Limited access to the kitchen. The shower in our room didnt work. It was very hard to find the place initially as its not very well signed.

Liked: good service and enjoyed having the pasta and beer for dinner, for free. wi-fi was free and fast. cool and friendly staff. truly enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: not having the room clean after waiting for several hours to check-in. then, getting to the room, had to wait longer so the room could be cleaned. overall, that was the only issue.

Liked: Good place to choose if for some reason you have to stay in Sofia. Extremely helpful reception staff. We had a room in a self-contained appartment located 5 min. walk form the main hostel building - can be considered as an adventage...

Liked: Very friendly, every facility you could want. The meals are the best touch. Breakfast more than fills you and the dinner is the same every day but very welcome, saves you a huge amount of money.

Disliked: If you are arriving by night train from anywhere just be aware that your room really won't be available until from around 1 til 3, but there is a nice common room to wait around in.
