Liked: The location is all what it has got.
Disliked: This is not a hostel. It is a woman using internet sites like yours to make easy money out of her apartment, without the bother or ever the intention to run a busisness geared towards custumer satisfaction. Despite your company poping ratings back up every year with the unintentional effect of ripping off more young people until ratings go down again, those ratings, their repetitive pattern each year, and the similarity of comments left over those years, should indicate to you an absolute unwillingness (rather than unability) to run a proper and honest hostel.

Liked: Very clean and quite and centeraly located. The rooms were huge. The staff barely spoke english but tried to be very helpful.
