Liked: Very centrally located and the staff were very friendly.

Disliked: We were in a private room in a separate building. The facilities in this building are inadequate - there is a badly equipped kitchen with unclean utensils, the heater in our room did not work properly, the showers are very average, and one of the only two toilets was broken. The blankets on the beds are also small, thin, old and dirty. The breakfast is really bad - stale bread, jam, sausage and tea and coffee.

Liked: The kitchen with a big refrigerator. In the morning the breakfast is good, but small if is crowded. The localization is very good.

Disliked: the bathroom/showers were very bad. The place so quiet at night and no fun. The reception staff was with bad because we arrived at night..

Liked: Great location in the old town, unbelievably friendly and helpful staff who know the area inside out and are more than willing to impart their knowledge. Small and quiet hostel.

Liked: The property is in a good location and the staff are helpful with restaurants.

Disliked: We stayed in the private flat so were away from the hostel. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and had to wait about 3 hours for it. The door to the flat is broken and not very secure. The toilets weren't clean and one didn't flush. We didn't have hot water for 2 days. It could do with a revamp and some items need fixed. This would make it better.

Liked: The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a good spread

Disliked: i stayed in the second house, which meant that i had to walk 5 min up the hill for breakfast, check in, check out etc, which was a semi inconvenience

Liked: very good location for sightseeing. very nice common area and garden.

Disliked: not super central for shopping or other purposes (have to walk a bit, location is up on a hill, not suitable for old or unfit people)

Liked: Location in the old town couldn't be better. Lovely quiet garden - great for socialising. Great view from the living room. Fantastic friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Liked: The location is right in the old town - so easy for sight-seeing. The staff were friendly and the outside common room (and there is an inside one too) was nice to chill out in.

Liked: Great atmosphere in the main part of the hostel, helpful staff. Fantastic location just below the old town and a nice breakfast.

Disliked: Half the rooms are at a separate property a few minutes down the road. Not a massive issue but you are out of the action a little.

Liked: The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful with suggestions on restaurants and things to see while in Plovdiv.

Disliked: The shared bathroom situation isn't ideal when you are staying up in the dorm and the beds are creaky.

Liked: A great stay! I was the only guest (it being the middle of winter) but the staff made me feel very at home. Ask them to teach you their grossly unfair card game!

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: the main hostel building was great as opposed to the private one we stayed in. Clean and secure. Good location

Disliked: The private building we stayed in had none of the facilities that the main hostel had so we rated thiS based on the private building not the main hostel.

Liked: It has a really good location and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The shower was so small and you have to shower next to a tiolet. only one shower.

Liked: The staff were extremely helpfull, even provided me with a map of the town marked with various cheap food and drink options. They also were more than willing to help organize day trips, car rentals, etc.

Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: Location of the actual hostel was fine. No checkout time.

Disliked: We were not given the room we booked and had to stay ın an empty house further into the town that was busy and noisy. We had to make our own beds, had no facilities except a kettle and the beds were hard as nails. the actual hostel seemed nice but we didn,t get the opportunity to see much of it.

Liked: Location, though the 5 dorm is located in another building so away from any common room.

Disliked: There was no security lockers in the dorm despite it saying so on the web site. The toilets were dirty and smelt bad, The door handle was broken. All needed a bit of an upgrade. The shower next to the bathroom combo wasnt a hit and the drain was blocked to the shower flooded within a few minutes.
