Liked: Quiet

Disliked: First of all they couldnt even find my reservation. Also dirty sheets and they spontaneously closed down, leaving me nowhere to stay.

Liked: Location and architecture.

Disliked: The breakfast was rather chintzy and in the bathroom it was a unpleasant odour.

Liked: Everything...Its hard to imagine a nicer hostel. Great staff, great location, good atmosphere, very clean, good breakfast, fast internet....I could go on

Liked: Staff behind reception were excellent and went out of their way to help. Room was as comfortable as any other hostel in the same price range. Shower was good too and an excellent location in the old town!

Disliked: Breakfast finished surprisingly early (around 9am!!). Also, there was a problem with the drains when I was there but im sure that it will be fixed for future travellers

Liked: Nice big room. Very clean. Good breakfast. Very good location right in the middle of the old town.

Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: The location of this guest house is brilliant.

Disliked: There is NO atmosphere here, it is not welcoming.

Liked: The location is top-notch, breakfast best in a while, beds comfortable and price was the lowest on sites.

Disliked: The staff were at times a bit rude, but nothing outrageous.

Liked: very honest place, nice conditions, central location, good for visiting the city, not a great atmosphere for partying

Liked: The location is excellent - right in the centre of old Plovdiv but only about a 10 minute walk to the main shopping centre. The hostel was clean and felt secure and the staff were helpful.

Disliked: They could offer a more varied breakfast.

Liked: The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean and the place was very quiet.

Disliked: Too many rules and depending on the staff who attends you, maybe you will have a lack of information.

Liked: location is great, staff are variable - some helpful others its a hassle to help

Disliked: its more like a hotel than hostel so if you want to meet and mix with other travellers then no good as no common area - but if you are not needing that then its fine

Liked: It was clean and located in the heart of the old town.

Disliked: I had to pay for absolutely everything: the internet, even for storing my suitcase for a few hours. The staff let me carry my (heavy)suitcase up all by myself, without offering any assistance!
