Liked: Good location (middle of old town), close to cheap (local) restaurants.

Liked: The location is top-notch, breakfast best in a while, beds comfortable and price was the lowest on sites.

Disliked: The staff were at times a bit rude, but nothing outrageous.

Liked: very honest place, nice conditions, central location, good for visiting the city, not a great atmosphere for partying

Liked: The location is excellent - right in the centre of old Plovdiv but only about a 10 minute walk to the main shopping centre. The hostel was clean and felt secure and the staff were helpful.

Disliked: They could offer a more varied breakfast.

Liked: The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean and the place was very quiet.

Disliked: Too many rules and depending on the staff who attends you, maybe you will have a lack of information.

Liked: location is great, staff are variable - some helpful others its a hassle to help

Disliked: its more like a hotel than hostel so if you want to meet and mix with other travellers then no good as no common area - but if you are not needing that then its fine

Liked: It was clean and located in the heart of the old town.

Disliked: I had to pay for absolutely everything: the internet, even for storing my suitcase for a few hours. The staff let me carry my (heavy)suitcase up all by myself, without offering any assistance!

Liked: Our room was spacious and had a nice view. The location was phenomenal. The staff members were very helpful and spoke English.

Liked: very clean + efficient, great breakfast (feta/fruit/cereal/juice/tomatoes/bread/coffee etc), good kitchen available to use, nice big bright quiet rooms with great bathroom/hot water + mosquito nets on windows so could leave open felt more like hotel than hostel though, not really hostel atmosphere. extra charges for luggage storage/internet (though wi-fi free but signal only in lobby area), checkout by 10.30am. overall good value.

Liked: The receptionists were really helpful, and organised taxis for us. They also offered a really good range of tours - although we didn't stay long enough to go on any!The location is fantastic, in a really pretty part of the Old Town, 5-10 minutes from the main street and a stones throw from the Ancient Theatre.
