Liked: * free internet access (but only 1 pc for guests) * within walking distance to metro and airportbus station

Disliked: * the room was too small (room no 710) and the bed very uncomfortable * first room was undone, had to move to another room * staff did not speak english * old tv, only a few tv channels

Liked: Safe, clean, well equipped room for a centrally located stay.It's not a backpackers heaven but a very decent place to stay in Sao Paolo

Disliked: it's more like a hotel, rather than a hostel. This compromises the oppertunity to meet other people, especially backpackers.

Liked: As others have said this is more like a hotel than a hostel. However it is clean and well located. The staff are helpful when asked but are not proactive in informing their guests. The only computer available was virtually unusable. So internet connection only with your own laptop.

Liked: They were flexible and helpfull with advice and responded quickly to any issues/requests I had - The taxi we asked reception to book for us for our return flight was there and on time along with a call to confirm we were up and ready. However, they did give us a double twin room initially but changed it for a double bed quickly when we complained)

Liked: Excellent very hot showers. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to spot from taxi at night.Bad points were vitually all sound from busy main road comes into bedroom all night. Ear plugs essential. Windows single glazed and draughty. Area is a bit seedy.

Liked: This is a hotel, rather than hostel so not the place to stay to meet people.. but the rooms are clean and excellent value and the location is good, close to metro
