 friendly staff, clean rooms

Friendliness of the staff and they speak english so no problem with the inquiry. The staff help me make my reservation with the other hotel whom nobody speaks english. So that was a great help from them.

The location was perfect, not in the hustle bustle, but close enough to buses and trains. Staff have a great knowledge and were really helpful when finding buses to other locations.
The breakfast was phenomenal, WOW! Worth it just for that.

stayed in room 303 which was large, clean, and with good bed. the bathroom was recently renovated and clean and the plubing worked fine. the breakfast was excellent. the satff were friendly and efficient. i would recommend the hostel

This is a big hostel and so a little souless. The staff are ery helpful for things within the hostel but hesitant to recommend buses to catch, places to go etc. It is also in a very dodgy area at night. Saying that this is a good value hostel and there is not much else in Sao Paulo, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast excellent.
