Liked: though I had made a mistake by booking they helped us and gave us a clean and quiet room. The hostel is quite near the Metro Station Ana Rosa. So you can go anywhere easily. Even coming from the international Airport by bus and Metro was easy for us (17 and 75 years) ! Everything ws clean and the common room was good for meeting other people.

Disliked: Nothing - if you don't mind to use the clean bathrooms with other people.

Liked: the co owner of this hostel works at counter, shes so lovely. she's willing to help you for everything. for my case she did some research for me when I asked her which club to go. :0 less than 5 min to metro station. clean room.

Liked: Really quiet, private, nice hostel

Disliked: The shared bathroom on the first floor was not really clean.

Liked: The owner has put alot of thought into the hostel, all the little small details are evident of caring and really trying to make travellers at ease. The room is big and clean, the breakfast is nice.

Disliked: Nothing actually besides a bit hilly on the way back to the metro station, but ´don´t let this stop anyone though.

Liked: Very friendly staff who are always eager to help. Fast, free computers.

Disliked: There seemed to be a number of longer term residents here which meant the kitchen could get busy when everyone seemed to arrive home from work at a similiar time. The upside to this is you have the facilities (computers, TV room etc) to yourself all day long if you want them.

Liked: Everything! This is a great hostel, they have really thought about what you need. We stayed in a dorm, and each bed has a shelf, reading light, plug, hooks and a big drawer under the bed. There are plenty of showers and toilets. In the showers there are hooks with a curtain over for your towel and clothes - great idea! The breakfast is good too, with lots of choice. The staff are all really nice and very helpful with everything. There is a good kitchen and a TV room with comfy sofas and lots of dvds. To top ot all the whole place is immaculately clean, the lady who does it does a really good job :-)

Liked: At first time the hostel looks not so good but the staff is very friendly and they try to help you any time you ask for.

Disliked: the breakfast is not at time.

Liked: It ´s a very good place. The best hostel I´ve been. The owners are nice and help with everybody (eg. transportation, restaurants and more. Very clean and they have a good breakfest :-)). I recommend for all.

Liked: the stuff was very friendly. Philip explained to us all the details about sao paulo, from shopping center, tourist places, to nightlife bars. the stay was very pleasant.

Disliked: the hostel is not very reasily recognizable. maybe put the logo somewhere on the outside wall?

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Good location near to metro stop and always felt safe going to and from the hostel. Double bedroom was great - overhead fan and nice comfortable bed for a couple. Nice breakfast and overall a quiet and relaxing little place.

Disliked: There were alot of people staying/ working for a long period of time so was hard to meet other travellers.

Liked: Great staffs. They are really kind. Dorm room has enough space to put luggages. Possible to walk to Av.Paulista.(20min)

Liked: The staff are very helpful. They helped us book our bus tickets over the internet and phone. The place was very clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Internet is free, fast and reliable. We enjoyed our stay here.,
