We’ve been the first Bed & Breakfast in the South Zone of Sao Paulo, close to offices, banks, bakeries, etc with easy access to most parts of the huge city. Beside cleanliness, we offer security and comfort! Sao Paulo has 8 million people living here.

ROOMS: We have 2 Single Rooms (En-suite facilities) and 2 double rooms with double bed with cable TV and mini bar.
PLUS: Kitchen with a brand new microwave oven, fridge, oven, and all utensils you might need. If you are looking for a safe area/place, comfort and good cleanliness, this is the way to go.
Ace is located very close to Congonhas airport (the busiest airport in South America) at the south side of the city in a residential/business area and a short distance (15min by bus) from the Conceição subway station.
Here is a very safe Bed and Breakfast because we are not located in downtown or at the old center and very close to the Bus Stop.
Night life you find everywhere in Sao Paulo, but we are close to the good night life (Moema, Vila Olimpia and Itaim) is no more than 6 km and ´fun´ area is here at the south.
