There is a bus terminal at the airport past the carpark where you can catch a city bus between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., "Barra R2" or "Pça de Sé" (air conditioned).
Get off at Largo de Vitória, backtrack to the McDonald's (and BR gas station), then cross the street to walk down Tenete Leal road.

Rodoviária:
We advise you to walk across the pedestrian overpass towards the shopping mall, then catch "executive" (smaller, air conditioned) bus "Pça da Sé."
Ask the driver to let you off a Largo do Vitória. From the McDonald's (and BR gas station), cross the street to walk down Tenete Leal road.
